Throughout what turned out to be a difficult and long sale with multiple chain collapses, they were there to support me in continuing and to give me advice on the best way to proceed. Aimee is delightful to deal with and was very kind and patient to me during this drawn out process. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and professional and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

They were pro active in chasing up solicitors, and very quick to act on any instruction or problem that we had. 11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We cannot emphasise enough how Pete and Ben helped us through the sale of our house. They were available for advice 24/7 and went above and beyond what you would expect. Communication was excellent and attention to detail was great. It truly is a case of "We couldnt have done it without them". They truly earned every penny of their commission and I would not hesitate to 100% recommend their service to others.
