8th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)The valuation of my property was too high - I queried it, but the manager assured me it was achievable. It wasn't - I had just two viewings. I dropped the price by £10k in the end, but by then it had been on the market too long and was looking stale. Bradleys also has a deal with Homewise, a scheme for the over-60s that offers a reduced price in return for an equity stake. I specifically stated in the contract that I did not wish to be included in the Homewise scheme. Despite this, my property appeared on Rightmove with the Homewise listing at £65k less than the full-price listing. It looked very confusing and made the higher figure look overpriced. It took three calls/emails to get the Homewise listing removed. Feedback was generally poor and there were no suggestions about to how to improve marketing. One sales assistant did her best, but Bradleys seem to run the office on a shoestring.

From viewing the property to application and signing of tenancy was just over a week, and they had me moved in within two weeks of initially viewing the property! I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. A big heartfelt thanks to Lianna, who went above and beyond in her customer service! Thank you Diamond ??????

They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

From start to finish, the process felt personal and professional, and the team at Tiverton Stags were incredibly patient and kind. Lisa was especially excellent at managing the emotional side of the transaction and keeping everything balanced. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. Communication was excellent and attention to detail was great. It truly is a case of "We couldnt have done it without them". They truly earned every penny of their commission and I would not hesitate to 100% recommend their service to others.
