14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.

14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)As a fellow estate agent, I know better than most how challenging it can be to keep a complicated transaction moving, particularly when there are multiple parties involved. Having recently purchased a property through Lee, I wanted to acknowledge the excellent job he did throughout.<br><br>Communication is everything in this profession and Lee consistently kept everyone informed, responded promptly, and worked hard to overcome the inevitable hurdles that arise during a move. He remained calm, approachable and proactive from start to finish, which made a genuine difference.<br><br>As competitors, we’re all quick enough to criticise poor service when we see it, so it’s equally important to recognise excellence when it’s deserved. 1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)After a very disappointing experience trying to sell our house through a well known rival estate agent, we changed agents to Strutt and Parker, Exeter.<br>Tom was excellent. He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Tom and his support staff maintained excellent communication between all parties. We would highly recommend Tom and his team.

Pam's customer service skills were excellent and she was lovely and very personable. One of the properties she hadn't seen herself and she went out of her way to provide access to all areas of the property. She was knowledgeable and offered up some great ideas, thank you for your support. 11th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)We cannot emphasise enough how Pete and Ben helped us through the sale of our house. They were available for advice 24/7 and went above and beyond what you would expect. Communication was excellent and attention to detail was great. It truly is a case of "We couldnt have done it without them". They truly earned every penny of their commission and I would not hesitate to 100% recommend their service to others.
