Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I made several attempts to contact them, but unfortunately, my calls were neither answered nor returned, even after leaving voicemail messages. This was highly unprofessional. I was primarily dealing with Gavin, and regrettably, he did not respond to my messages either. Additionally, I received no follow-up after viewing the property. It gave the impression that a decision may already have been made in favour of another buyer, and that my interest was not given genuine consideration. Overall, I found the experience disappointing and lacking in professionalism.

From the outset, he was approachable, knowledgeable and generous with his time, offering clear advice without pressure. His guidance on timing the market, particularly around seasonal trends and external factors, felt balanced and genuinely in our best interests. Communication was consistent. Mark regularly checked in, kept us updated and followed up diligently after viewings with feedback. We were impressed with the quality of the marketing which helped generate strong early interest. During negotiations, Mark showed persistence. He helped secure a strong outcome, giving us confidence at each step. Importantly, he remained engaged well beyond the initial sale agreed stage, supporting the process through survey, solicitor queries and the inevitable delays that come with a property sale. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond, whether assisting with practical matters at the property while we were overseas or simply being available when needed. Overall, a highly professional, trustworthy and personable service. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark at Bespoke.

11th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.

As the tenancy was ending, it transpired that they failed to transfer the check-in inventory after acquiring the previous agent over a year before—they told us by email at 5pm just as they closed for the entire Christmas period, leaving us unsure whether we could even make a deposit claim. Months later, they sent a bill. Poorly organised and unnecessarily stressful.
