And, whilst not the cheapest agent on the high street, they have been by far the most efficient and communicative agent we have dealt with over the past 12-yrs with 2 previous sales and buys and a probate sale. Jon and the team have proven to be cohesive and capable, indeed Jon has been an absolute star keeping track of our buyers and of our onward purchase and keeping us informed with regular calls and emails. Estate agents have been the brunt of many a bad word but we can honestly say this has by far and away been the best service we have received on what is after all a significant financial transaction and traumatic experience. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.
6th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Olly and the team were brilliant throughout the process of us buying our house in Church Crookham. The process was made slightly more difficult with slow solicitors and extra complications dealing with probate but the team at Bridges were really proactive throughout and we felt they were doing all they could to get things sorted as quickly as possible for us. The team were also really accommodating when we needed tradespeople and surveyors to visit the property at quite short notice. Would definitely recommend!

20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)A very professional company to deal with I dealt with the manager of the lettings office in Fleet which was Andrew Travers. He actually gave me expert guidance up to a year before I bought my new apartment in order that I got everything spot on and achieved the rental income I expected. I consulted him many times and he was very patient and helpful. But it has been a win/win situation for both parties. If you value not only expert advice, but a company that does what it says it is going to do and do it when it says it’s going to do it, you will want to use Mackenzie Smith. The most professional company I have dealt with, thanks Andrew
29th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)Charters have kept close communication with me and have been fully engaged throughout my selling journey. They have been realistic with me on selling price and helped negotiations through the chain to make the deal work. Once a sale was agreed they appointed an agent to work 1-1 with me to progress the sale and stay close to my Solicitor and my Buyer - this was a service unique to Charters as I have not found this with any other Estate Agent.

Jon contacted us back very quickly and was incredibly helpful and efficient all the way through the process. Estelle joined in at the appropriate time and provided the same great support. They made the whole process simple to understand, and we had a relaxing and happy experience, whereas finding a place to rent can otherwise be a bit stressful and difficult.
