My agent was Alex Demilecamps suggested another place and as soon as I seen it - I knew I wanted to move in!<br><br>The service from Mackenzie Smith is above par - highly recommend to anyone seeking their next property be it either for lettings or purchases!<br><br>I finally took possession of the keys today!
2nd Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

During the many "lumps and bumps" of the buying and selling process, they remained positive to achieve the ultimate aim of completing the sale! My wife and I where nothing but impressed, with the communication, and on going support offered by all of the team, when things looked decidedly uncertain of a completion. Rebecca, Patrick and the team are a credit to Bourne who are lucky to have them representing them in the small Farnham office. Bourne Farnham are Highly Recommended, from a couple who do not post reviews. Well done Bourne Farnham, who we would choose again, if we ever (never again) moved.

8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)We honestly couldn’t recommend Homes, and especially Lisa, more highly! Lisa was absolutely brilliant throughout the purchase of our new home. She was invaluable with her advice, always kept us updated and most importantly, whenever she said she was going to do something, she did it. We were able trust Lisa and that everything was in hand. That level of communication and reliability made such a difference during what can otherwise be a really stressful process. She went above and beyond to help us understand each stage of the process and gave us advice on what we could do to stay ahead of the curve in real time. She was also instrumental in keeping everything moving towards exchange, even communicating with our buyers’ solicitors when needed to help get things over the line. We always felt like Lisa was genuinely invested in helping us get the purchase completed and she was proactive, approachable and incredibly supportive from start to finish. We’ve dealt with a few estate agents during our house move, and Lisa really stood out. We couldn’t recommend Homes and Lisa more highly. Thank you so much for all your help!

From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

Robert communicated with ourselves, our buyers and chased buyers solicitors when needed, his team also were a great help when he was on holiday. Robert recommended Switalski Solicitora and Sarah was amazing, she was so efficient and kept us updated every step of the way.<br>We felt truly looked after and considering house moving could be very stressful, we honestly thought we had a smooth and easy experience.<br>Thanks to all involved!- 2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Bourne estate agents delivered a prompt and professional service, great client engagement and sound market advice. 3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would avoid these estate agents. Their customer service is fine, but unfortunately they work with misleading developers. Likely, you will end up losing money on your property and with a lot of unnecessary stress if you use them for a new build. We bought a new build through them about 3 years ago. To this date, the developer they have been representing has not finished our road, landscaping, or snagging. And this is after chasers and legal action. This has already been addressed with Waterfords at the time, so they are well aware, and we understand that it is not their responsibility to fulfil the developer's duties. However, what I did not expect is that whilst they well know that the said developer (Downton Homes) misleads buyers, Waterfords will continue advertising and selling their properties (having just sold a full new development for them in Ewshot). I guess money talks! But also says a lot about the ethics of this organisation called Waterfords. I would not deal with a business with such ethics, let alone use them to purchase a new build, and moreso if it is produced by Downton Homes.

We completed all the referencing requirements and, based on the agent’s communication, we served notice on our existing landlord expecting the new tenancy to proceed. We were then told that the landlord was not willing to sign the agreement. Despite requesting our holding deposit back, the refund has been unnecessarily delayed. Poor communication and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service.
18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
