On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

The only thing I didn't like was the Street app that is used for viewing updates - I'm not an app person and do not wish to make downloads to use the app. That said Dean & Emma have found ways to work around this.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
21st Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market. Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
