Roger and Chantelle were our main points of contact and both were excellent throughout the process. The negotiations were handled professionally and fairly, and we always felt that both sides were being treated with respect. Roger in particular struck the perfect balance between being approachable and highly professional, which made a real difference when it came to securing the deal. A special thank you has to go to Chantelle, who was outstanding in keeping everything moving. She kept us fully updated at every stage, maintained clear communication between all parties, and worked hard behind the scenes to ensure the process stayed on track. Her proactive approach helped make what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed, and the speed at which everything came together was a real credit to her efforts. Overall, the whole team at David Hill were a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, organised, and clearly committed to getting the best outcome for everyone involved. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell, and we are very grateful for the part they played in helping us secure our new home.

10th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)Kirsty didn’t come across as very respectful or professional in how she spoke to my partner. As first time buyers, we expected a bit more understanding and courtesy. On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Although we haven't quite reached the exchanging contracts stage of our house sale, it's worth commenting on the service we've received up to this point. Enfields have delivered a highly professional experience from start to finish. Granted there was a slight delay in the production of our brochures but other than that small matter, we've been super happy with how we've been looked after by the team. Frank and honest conversations at the start of the process about expectations and the reality of the market, great advice on the approach to take, a fun day of staging and photos (with some fabulous results). Then, from the moment we went 'live', Joanne has been great at liaising with us at every step to update on viewings, feedback, and now the particulars of the sale. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a highly professional and credible agency run by people who truly care.

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I have been a landlord, using an agent similar to Ewemove for 11 years. Now it's time for a life change and for me to become a tenant again. If you are reading this and you are an owner looking to let your property, let me tell you I am trying to persuade my wife to switch to Ewemove, read on for why. Well this hasn't been much fun. I'm in a difficult situation and need to move. My first experience though, my first viewing was a Ewemove let. Sian Keating met me there and I immediately felt very relaxed with her, she was warm, felt caring. It seemed she wanted to hear everything I had to say. I loved the house, but unfortunately they chose someone else. Ewemove play fair. After this I viewed other properties and met other agents and private landlords. These people are having a party and it is not fair. Not at all. They hold viewings week by week by week for as long as it takes for them to fish out exactly the right specimen. It's a vile way to treat people and this has upset me. Not Ewemove. They advertise, this is where you have to try, you have to search daily for properties to come up, because if one comes up from Ewemove you need to book the viewing immediately if the property suits you. If it does you can apply and your only competition will be those who have also liked the property on that day and who also want to apply. As for the staff, it isn't just Sian Keating in that particular branch, I have spoken to others at that branch and other branches looking to rent in different areas: it always seems to be the same, the staff are always really nice to you and always do whatever they can to help. Ewemove have firmly put all other landlords and agents to shame. Thank you, and well done. I would like to add that Ewemove have now helped me into a property exactly where I wanted to live, which was looking like fantasy, because it is a popular area. I found the process difficult and very stressful, with all checks and balances, every little thing that had to be satisfactory for insurance companies. Both Sian, and this week Wendy worked very hard and spent a lot of time making this work for me. I can't thank you enough, I really mean that. I look forward to key day which is very soon.

Katie & Emily have answered any queries I have had, the marketing of my property was great via social media & the addition of the what’s app group made communication easy.
