Her communication has been excellent from start to finish, always keeping us updated and answering any questions quickly and clearly. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions, and Anne was always incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never making us feel like we were asking too much. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt supported throughout the process. She worked incredibly fast, making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Anne, for all your hard work and support – we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a mortgage adviser!

29th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I contacted David Hill to enquire about a quotation for a survey and to understand what his service included. Throughout our correspondence, I repeatedly asked a straightforward question about the cost of the survey. Rather than receiving a clear quotation, I was sent several very long emails that were difficult to follow and often did not answer my question directly.<br><br>Much of the correspondence focused on qualifications, court experience and a copy of his CV, rather than providing a direct answer to my request for a quotation.<br><br>As a prospective client, I made it clear that there was no urgency and that he could take whatever time he needed to prepare a quote. I also provided the information requested about the property. Despite this, the conversation became increasingly confrontational.<br><br>I was particularly disappointed by comments such as telling me to "educate yourself", suggesting that I was wasting his time, and eventually asking me never to contact him again. I found this surprising and unprofessional, especially as I was simply carrying out due diligence before committing to a significant purchase.<br><br>I cannot comment on the quality of his surveying work because I did not instruct him. However, based on my experience, I found the communication to be dismissive, unnecessarily confrontational, and lacking the professionalism I would expect when making an initial enquiry.

It is a very difficult housing market at the moment but the girls were with us every step of the way , even though it took 18 months to sell our house .<br><br>So pleased we got there in the end but the reason we did was down to<br>their professionalism and excellent support and care from Bev, Trinity, Lisa and Sam . A really quality based service.

On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
15th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Although we haven't quite reached the exchanging contracts stage of our house sale, it's worth commenting on the service we've received up to this point. Enfields have delivered a highly professional experience from start to finish. Granted there was a slight delay in the production of our brochures but other than that small matter, we've been super happy with how we've been looked after by the team. Frank and honest conversations at the start of the process about expectations and the reality of the market, great advice on the approach to take, a fun day of staging and photos (with some fabulous results). Then, from the moment we went 'live', Joanne has been great at liaising with us at every step to update on viewings, feedback, and now the particulars of the sale. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a highly professional and credible agency run by people who truly care.

Initially we enquired about a property but unfortunately had just had an offer accepted, however they recommended an upcoming property and we booked in a viewing. From the first viewing the staff were personable and friendly helping answer any questions we had. We offered on the house and got accepted, from there Steph was essential through the process, setting up a WhatsApp and being there to answer any questions. The whole process was smooth and stressless. Steph also recommended a solicitor as well as other local businesses through out the process. Definitely a great experience being first time buyers! Thanks Steph for everything! Can't wait to share some photos of our home once we do a bit of DIY ?????? Thanks again Steph and the ewe move team!
