Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.
21st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)The team at Millers were helpful and prompt -- we would highly recommend them. They suggested a solicitor who, in turn, was also excellent. Millers were able to sell our house within a few weeks of putting it on the market with them.

My son offered in January 2025 with the hope of completing before the increase in stamp duty. It was a tall order! But Jay kept everyone informed about the negotiations, pushed where he needed to push. Always available at the end of the phone. Perfect. Thank you!!

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They are one of worst agency of UK. They never perform duty on time . They put property online and then say it is not available now. They say they will correct things but never do. They keep asking more time but never perform anything . Very diplomatic

19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Initial sale was quick but it stalled for months, mainly due to solicitors lacking focus on both sides. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line
5th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
