5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)????????????the worst agency no responsibility for 4 months<br>They wrote many times that the house is in an emergency situation We informed them that we were leaving the house, and they started threatening not to return the deposit We reported that the house was falling apart They said the house is 100% safe. They didn't even come to see what condition the house was in.<br>All the doors in the house did not close, so they lived with the doors open<br>Do not rent from these companies under any circumstances You will regret it very much.<br>And we don't want to, leave them. So we filed a lawsuit against them.??????????????????

24th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

He was always understanding, approachable, and incredibly responsive. 2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Totally unprofessional and petty behaviour especially the director of Hunt,<br><br>i booked a viewing for a property and then was told to come in the office and we would leave from the office to the property but when i came inside the office Hailey immediately started starring me up and down and asking multiple questions which she could of asked on the phone but instead chose to make me come inside as a revenge plan to get back at me for missing a previous booking with her . There was no booking at all and all she said was<br>“to see who i am”

20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)If only all estate agents were like Elliott & Smith<br>We recently sold our property with Elliott & Smith and we really appreciated the friendly, efficient and professional manner of all the staff regarding viewings and the whole sales process, we were always kept informed.<br>Zuhre especially, helped us from the day we decided to sell right through to getting the exchange/completion date agreed.<br>Moving is very stressful but Elliott & Smith definitely made it a lot easier it’s just a shame we couldn’t find the right house to buy through them.

7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency and would not recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.<br><br>Around two weeks ago, I contacted them regarding a property that was clearly advertised as having allocated parking. I have screenshots and proper evidence of the original advertisement and all the communication regarding this.<br><br>Based on the information provided in the advert, I proceeded with the property and paid a holding deposit. However, when it came to completing the contract, I was suddenly told that there was no parking available and that they had only applied for a parking permit.<br><br>We waited and followed up again two days later to ask whether the parking permit had been arranged. Instead of receiving a professional response, we were spoken to extremely rudely and the call was eventually ended. We were then simply told that they could no longer offer us the property and that we should take our deposit back.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that we had spent almost two weeks dealing with this property based on the information they had provided. We had also raised concerns about the poor condition and dirt inside the property and were told that this could not be dealt with either.<br><br>Because we genuinely believed we were moving into this property, we had already informed our previous landlord that we intended to leave. Their poor communication, lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of the situation caused us significant inconvenience, wasted time and unnecessary stress.<br><br>The way both the person handling our application and the manager dealt with us on the phone was completely unacceptable. Basic professionalism, communication and customer service were seriously lacking.<br><br>I have retained evidence of the advertisement, communication and the issues mentioned above.<br><br>Overall, this experience was a complete waste of our time, money and energy. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent a property.
13th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We went to view a few properties and had the pleasure of meeting Kriztina. She was amazing—very kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about her work. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Martine , Leah and Ellie handled every problem with ease in very exceptional circumstances and made sure I was informed at every stage.<br>They were there for every phone call or message.
