The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. 24th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

What stood out most was his calm, steady communication especially when things got messy from the seller’s end. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. If I ever need help with finding a property again, she will be the first person I contact. Thank you very much for all your help. Mohammad
5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Very poor experience with Baker Estate.<br><br>I had a viewing booked and unfortunately I was running late. I accept that being late was on me, but I tried calling the agency around 15 minutes before the appointment to let them know and received no answer.<br><br>When I arrived, I contacted them through WhatsApp and was told to knock on the door as the agent may still be inside. She had already left. The lady I was speaking to then passed the phone to the agent, and I politely asked whether she could come back to conduct the viewing.<br><br>Her response and attitude were incredibly unprofessional and standoffish. She told me she had already waited 15 minutes. When I explained that I had tried calling beforehand, she simply told me, “No you didn’t.” I offered to send screenshots of my call history to prove that I had, but rather than acknowledging this, she said that either way she wasn’t coming back and that we could reschedule.<br><br>I asked whether it was normal procedure to leave a viewing without attempting to contact the prospective tenant first. Instead of having a professional conversation, she became argumentative and kept insisting that I should have called—even though that is exactly what I had tried to do.<br><br>I explained that I didn’t want to reschedule because the property is around 45 minutes from where I live and I had already spent my time and money travelling there. The conversation continued going back and forth and her attitude became increasingly frustrating, so I ended the call.<br><br>Ironically, around two minutes later she called me back and suddenly said she could come back after all. By that point I was already on my way to another viewing. She suggested rescheduling again, and I said “okay” out of courtesy. There was then just silence on the phone, so I said “okay, bye” and she hung up without saying anything.<br><br>I completely accept responsibility for being late. What I don’t accept is the unnecessarily confrontational attitude, being accused of lying about calling when I could prove that I had, and the general lack of professionalism throughout the interaction.<br><br>A simple phone call before leaving the property, or even a polite conversation afterwards, could have avoided the entire situation. Instead, I wasted a significant amount of time and petrol travelling there and was left with a very poor impression of the agency.<br><br>Based on this experience, I certainly wouldn’t want to deal with Baker Estate as a tenant.

13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ivy & Stone seem like a lovely estate agent and I really like the properties they have available. My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)

11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I've had the best experience with Pindrop Property, the main managing director showed me the property the experience was wonderful, their communication was on point throughout the whole process until the end of the completions of the sale. They were very accommodating when needed to communicate with the sellers. Overall I would definitely recommend them and I will return if I look for another property in the future.
