22nd Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We had a great experience with Charlie from harbour he let us know what was happening throughout the process very helpful in every way sold our property very quickly and got over the asking price also the girl in the office was lovely and so helpfull as we are older and haven't delt with selling for many years they were so helpfull couldn't get any better treatment or service.

No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses

So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. From my first meeting with Natalie through to the viewing, appraisal and agreement of the services included, the whole process was straightforward and handled smoothly. Vivien was initially my day-to-day contact and was consistently friendly, thorough and helpful. Once the closing date had been set, Brandan managed the handover seamlessly, ensuring that everything remained clear, concise and on track. The photography and drone footage were of an excellent standard, and the property sold within six weeks of coming to market for above the asking price. At what was a difficult time for our family, the team provided a professional, supportive and efficient service. I could not have wished for a better experience and would happily recommend Galbraith in Ayr.

No issues over several years, pay your rent and respect the property and neighbours, Limegreen will look after you better than any sole landlord can.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Judith and her team are very friendly and knowledgeable about selling our property. They kept us right along this path and we got the value, Judith predicted right at the very start.<br>From the initial meeting at Cruive to surveying the house to organising home report and advertising to conducting all the viewings and closing the deal out. Keeping us in the loop every step of the way and not an issue if we just dropped in to ask what we thought may have been a silly question.<br>I would strongly recommend them if you need a property sold. They go above and beyond and do what they say they are going to do.
