The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Impossible to contact via phone, they don't even bother replying to your emails, why on Earth would I ever want to rent a property that forces you to email for the likes of repairs, when you can't even reply to someone registering interest? Trash company.
19th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)I have been a tenant with Hunters Liverpool for over 6 years, and the service and support they provided throughout have been exceptional. Any repairs were dealt with instantly, and their online repair request service made everything very convenient. A special thanks to Chloe, who was always cooperative and supportive during my tenancy — I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended
15th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)This company took over the running of my apartment 2 years into my tenancy. They failed to carry out any maintenance of issues that I reported to them, beyond sending somebody out to look at it and make a note of it. However, they also managed to bump up my rent 3 times in the 3 years of them taking over my tenancy, before telling me that the apartment was now going up for sale. Of course, they then decided to with hold £540 of my deposit, for apparent 'Cleaning'. Yet 24 hours afterwards they had sent work men to completely rip up the floor, repaint the walls in a new colour, and rip out all of the unites. So, I feel like I have been charged for the refurbishment of the apartment as to increase it's likelihood of selling . As the apartment was left in exactly the same state as I found it, bar the few items I failed to move out. Good luck selling the apartment because Soho has extended right under the flat and thus the entire apartment vibrates at night. While every other week there's sewage dripping through the ceiling into both the corridor outside, and the apartment itself.

4th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

8th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.

2nd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
