17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
12th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Very poor communication when trying to put in an offer on a house.
15th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.
1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.
15th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Jean and Lesley are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If I was selling a property in the area I would definitely choose Coast and Marina!- 29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)The whole team are nice and friendly can’t fault them in anyways the whole experience was simple and easy with help whenever needed making the whole process smooth for our move.

Big shout out to Ruby & Lucy
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)If you know Abergele you know that all the estate agents here are useless chancers. I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.
So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.
Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.
He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.
We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.
I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.
The office staff otherwise were friendly and professional.
30th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Great service from start to finish, the advice and support given were top drawer.
10th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)Superb support from start to finish, many thanks to Christine, Fay, Jackie and Iwan
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)House was up for sale with another estate agent in llandudno, who seemed to love to do viewings, was with them for 6 months. Decided to switch to bryan davies, julie came appraised the house, sent to market within a couple of days and was sold with the month. Would recommend straight away, professional easy to contact, thank you melanie as well always on hand.

If you are selling, use them you cant put a price on experience!!
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

30th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Good around thank you- 21st Dec 2020 (5 years ago)I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)My property was sold quickly for a very good price through varcity living.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
30th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Wow! What an amazing, refreshing superb approach to estate agency! I would highly recommend to anyone coming to market or looking for their next property! You will be truly looked after well! Wish you all the success!
