Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Dealing with Street Estate Agents has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. They increased the rent on my property without giving proper notice or any form of communication beforehand. I only found out after receiving a demand for a higher payment — no explanation, no warning, nothing. Their customer service is shockingly poor. Trying to get in touch with someone who will actually help you is near impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged, and when you do finally get through to someone, the staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It feels like they simply don’t care about tenants at all. To top it all off, I was served an eviction notice shortly after raising concerns, again with little to no communication or explanation. It seems they have no interest in treating tenants with fairness or respect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, steer clear of Street Estate Agents. They are untrustworthy, uncommunicative, and have zero regard for their tenants.
17th Sep 2026 (0 days ago)We had ongoing issues with the honesty and support we received from this agency during our purchase. Our independently arranged snagging inspector had a failed visit because the developer forgot the appointment and the property wasn't ready. We were charged £399 by the inspector, in line with his standard terms for a missed visit. Rather than holding the developer accountable, a staff member phoned our inspector and questioned his honesty about how the booking was made. The inspector later told us this in writing himself, describing it as "concerning." Only after he pushed back with a clear account of events did the agency admit in writing that we "certainly shouldn't be charged for a service that wasn't carried out," but no resolution was actually offered. Separately, when we queried being asked to cover the developer's solicitor's fees, our own solicitor had already explained the general process to us. Our concern was that the developer wasn't following up as agreed to justify the specific charge. Despite this, we were told the agency was "surprised our solicitor hadn't explained it", which wasn't accurate, since it had been explained. Our actual query was never properly addressed. Our experience was that when we raised legitimate concerns, the agency's instinct was to defend the developer rather than engage honestly with what we were telling them.

8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Seemed to rely on one person that views three times and got put off by daughter. Didn’t find anyone else after that. I think that put all their eggs into one basket. Even though we were with them for 22 weeks they still insisted on a notice period before they stopped marketing which I thought was a bit harsh as it stopped us marketing with a new agent.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

4th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Rebecca and the team deliver on every element of selling your house , they carried out every viewing as promised , great photography and detail on the process while preparing your house to take to market and always transparent with their intentions and honest with any updates unlike others we had spoken to ,and experienced in the past , we stayed with Woods for a relatively long period whilst selling our house during different and difficult market conditions simply because they deliver all of the above and more . Personally I would recommend Rebecca and the team at Woods to anyone who’s looking for a genuine agent who works hard to achieve your end goal.
