14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I've recently bought my first home through Truepenny's in Charlton. Through the process of viewing properties I've met a good few estate agents and I have to say David at Truepenny's came across as the most honest and straightforward. No estate agent script or nonsense, no opening of cupboard doors and saying "look you've got a cupboard" (I've seriously had that before) and most importantly, no BS. I also thought the staff at Truepenny's went the extra mile, having seen the property online over the weekend I called the office on a Monday morning and they did a viewing the same day. And finally I was flying by a wing and a prayer at times to get everything across the line and I appreciated David's patience in all of that. I can highly recommend Truepenny's and would certainly use them if I was to sell or rent out my home in the future.

From start to finish, Isabelle has been extremely helpful and professional and a joy to work with. Communication has been fantastic, I would highly recommend working with the Sevenoaks office.

5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

We are particularly grateful to Bliss for the level of assistance she gave when it came arranging countless viewings on our behalf, and around our rather tight schedule. She really couldn’t have done more to make the process painless. Dan and Tina were also very supportive during our purchase process. Thank you ever so much to all of you for the parts you played in helping our family find our beautiful new home!
26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!- 1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely over the moon with the service we received from Wards - particularly Jamie. He took the time to send us a property we initially took no interest in, however upon viewing we fell in love and have now moved into our ideal home with bags of potential. Thanks Jamie!

Always keeping us updated and informed. Sandersons have made the whole process easy with friendly service and great feed back.

The news hit us hard, especially my wife, who was understandably very upset for quite some time. From day one, Northwood promised to support us—and they truly delivered on that promise. Their team was kind, understanding, and consistently supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they regularly kept us updated while presenting suitable properties for us to consider. Finding us a new home clearly became a priority for them, and their dedication really showed. The whole team went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel manageable, and they genuinely helped lift our spirits during a tough time. Thanks to their hard work, we’ve now found a new home and are happy once again. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Sometimes it was difficult to get viewings booked due to myself and husband working shifts and not living locally. Linzi when out of her way to accommodate us. The day we saw Badgers Set, we saw 3 properties, Linzi have excellent knowledge of all three. This is a very big decision for us, as we have lived in our house for 36 years. I would like to say a big Thank you for helping us with our journey. Hopefully we can look forward to being in our new home during the summer.

They kept a cool head when I was losing mine, and steered the process towards a successful conclusion. I've used them before and would definitely use them again.

I found the sales team to be hard to engage with and dismissive in relation to viewing the property, this also included mixed messages with timelines and expectations around sale price.. However once an offer was accepted the sales progression team were outstanding, Theresa in particular became our main point of contact and handled any problems quickly and professionally, whilst always remaining approachable and friendly. we cant thank her enough for the time and support she provided with keeping the sale on track.

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

From showing us around to chasing solicitor's daily in the final stages, nothing has been too much bother. They were professional, approachable, and had excellent knowledge of the property, which made the viewing very informative. They were always happy to go back to the seller with any questions we had and kept us well updated throughout. We especially appreciated how quickly they followed up after the viewing, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. Overall, a very helpful and reliable sales negotiator – we would definitely recommend them.
