15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)At first, I was skeptical about dealing with this agency but Kirsty was so professional and helpful from day one. She is very communicative, woke up at times to her email and calls, and this made the process smooth.
5th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!
29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I cannot thank the Wards team for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Following the sudden loss of a loved one, selling the house was emotionally very challenging, especially for her elderly parents. Throughout the entire process, Wards went far beyond what would normally be expected. They were patient, supportive, and genuinely caring at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even going to the house to provide us with final meter reading, and their sensitivity and understanding made a real difference. A massive thanks to Daniel, Hollie, Logan, Bliss, Sharon and Jodie. 26th May 2026 (24 days ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

The communication was great throughout , from the initial viewing with Vicky to the deposit and subsequent exchange.Kerry the progression lady was great and really knew her stuff,Dealing with and liaising with the seller on my behalf in order to get over the line. Thank you Kerry and thank you Sandersons, you've all been awesome!!. Sarah x

I first contacted Mark after being recommended to him and, from our very first conversation, he was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. When he visited my property, he immediately understood the difficulties I was facing and showed a level of kindness and compassion that I will never forget. Mark went above and beyond to help me. He dedicated a huge amount of his own time to researching my circumstances, providing expert advice, preparing detailed correspondence on my behalf, and ensuring that everything was properly documented. He even covered postage costs himself, despite having absolutely nothing to gain financially from helping me. Throughout what has been an incredibly challenging and stressful period, Mark was a constant source of support. He was patient, professional, honest, and always willing to explain things clearly. His knowledge of the property and lettings sector is exceptional, but what really sets him apart is his integrity and genuine desire to help people. Without Mark's guidance, encouragement, and tireless efforts, I would never have made the progress I have today. He consistently went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect and showed a level of dedication that is extremely rare. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping people, I would recommend Mark without hesitation. She has been amazing throughout the whole process and as our dedicated sales progressor she has been able to keep everything moving, stepping in where necessary in order to minimise any delays proactively liaising with all parties concerned. Her willingness to help, great communication skills and empathy and kindness in what is a very stressful time has been greatly appreciated. A real asset to the amazing team.

8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)I recently completed on my first home purchase and I honestly cannot thank Jack and the whole team at Ewemove enough. From start to finish, Jack was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He was always approachable, professional, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to help keep things moving and reduce stress wherever possible. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of moments where guidance and communication made all the difference, and Jack consistently delivered both. Even when there were delays and issues outside of his control, he stayed proactive, kept me updated and was always willing to chase things up when needed. It genuinely felt like he cared about getting the purchase over the line rather than just treating it as another transaction. The whole team were friendly and helpful throughout, and the level of service I received was far better than I expected from an estate agent. I would absolutely recommend Ewemove, and Jack in particular, to anyone buying or selling a property. When the time eventually comes for me to sell, he will definitely be my first port of call. 18th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had my property up for sale with them for nearly a year and only a couple of offers, one of which was accepted and fell through. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.
