1st Jul 2021 (5 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

Made to feel nothing is too much trouble for them.<br>Would highly recommend them as an excellent estate agents.<br>Thankyou Richard and Ann.

They are absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication. I feel that Absolute take the worry out of renting out a property for landlords. They have helped so much. And I feel they go above and beyond to find the right tenants and match them with the right properties.<br><br>They are diligent, responsive, pro-active and have great attention to detail. And a solid knowledge of the latest laws. They use excellent skilled craftsmen and I would thoroughly recommend to any landlords wanting to find and keep good tenants and take the stress out of the process. So grateful for your hardwork. 26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I had to sell a commercial property, following a bereavement. I have never used an auction before. R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)This was a terrible experience. I was promised it all and receive nothing. I was told there will be bespoke marketing but I just got a right move and Zoopla add and one social media post. No video even though we suggested it. When the property went on Rightmove there was a “glitch” and the exterior photos were not showing. Nor the floor plan or sizes. After almost a week this got fixed. But the ad wasn’t reset. In less than 2 weeks we were recommended to reduce the price based on a property that sold 2 years ago which was over 1,000 sqf smaller. I was told the agreement was 12 weeks but he had noted 20 weeks and never left me a copy of the agreement. When I gave notice suddenly we had interested parties. I had a toddler and 2 indoor cats and 5,000 sqf to tidy up but he always gave me less than 24hrs notice. Communication was almost like non existence. We would have paid him around 26k yet we had an office number and email to communicate with him. Emails took days office number almost never replied. He was always negative about everything. He then bought on a colleague who was a little more active but still the whole experience was stressful and just dragged. We switched agents and even before the ad went live we had a viewing. Definitely not one I will recommend.

Rob went the extra mile when showing potential buyers and took them around the area to see the local parks, schools and shops.
