Initially, we had used them and successfully sold our Dads house, and now, 11 years later, we have engaged them again in selling another property.<br>Stella & the team provide an honest & genuine customer experience at all times, communicating and managing the process from marketing to viewings as well as assisting their clients through the daunting task of selling a property.<br>They are consummate professionals and their chairside manner facilitates a confidence and trust that your business is in safe and capable hands.

18th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.
2nd May 2026 (21 weeks ago)Through the recommendation of a friend we contacted David Muir Estates to organise the sale of our house in Balloch. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication throughout. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and in a straightforward manner, which made what can often be a stressful process much easier. The sale progressed smoothly, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach in dealing with any issues that arose. I would highly recommend this solicitor to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.
6th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

At every step in the process I was kept informed of progress with almost daily updates. Once the flat was sold and the date of completion delayed they told me not to worry about their fees.<br>I cannot recommend the staff at this branch enough for their professionalism.
