29th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Wasted my time going with them. Inflated price meant few viewings and no interest. Went else where having lost a couple of months of selling possibilities. Basically greed over reality.
24th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Supercilious, patronising staff. Bullying me to comply with the supposed timing requirements of the purchaser. Not great.
5th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)The lift in our building has been out of service since mid-January - it is now May, over 3.5 months later. I live on the top floor. In that time, I have called and messaged the management agent roughly once a month. The responses have consistently been either “it will take another few months” or “we don’t know.” As of last week, they told me the contractor has only just begun ordering parts - with no estimated repair date. At no point has there been proactive communication to tenants. Every update I received, I had to chase. For what should be a standard building repair, the lack of urgency and transparency has been really poor. It’s worth noting that a lift outage of this length isn’t just an inconvenience - for elderly or disabled residents, it can be genuinely serious. That alone should warrant more urgency than has been shown here. Three and a half months without a working lift (and still no answer) is not acceptable property management.

7th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)Thiefs, liars, manipulators; these are just kind words to describe them. I was verbally attacked twice in the building ( shiraj tower), got followed by crackheads squatting in the building and all i got from them is ''this happens before, just call the police and exagerate it''. lift breaks and theres no way of getting to 5th floor, floodings, infestations, rats, piles of trash for weeks... I left 2 months ago and im still having problems with them. Also, they tried to steal for us saying we owed more money, wasnt until we asked for the actual bill that we realized. DO NOT RENT A FLAT FROM THEM, WE'RE STUDENTS AND ITS THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE.

The whole team was great, but I especially want to mention Lee and Arzu – they were both so kind, genuine and professional throughout the process of finding a flat for me and my partner in East London. It made everything much less stressful knowing I was dealing with people I could really trust. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent. He is who you want to work with, and he’s assembling a great team (ie Piers) to support him.
