21st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Excellent team, responsive and helpful. Our property was valued and went on the market just as there was a shock to the housing market with a lot of mortgages withdrawn. Good communication, explanation and tactics were helpful. We eventually had to come down in price but still achieved a good sale price. The property is currently empty but viewings were undertaken without any problem.

His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.
11th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)ended up going to court for repossession which was granted . Now trying to liquidate company to avoid paying my legal costs

17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.
4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)My overall experience with Tower Estate Agents was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend their service to anyone.<br><br>From the very first day, the staff were initially nice, friendly and helpful, and I was happy when I received the keys to my flat. However, once I entered the property, I was shocked by the condition it was left in. The place was extremely dirty and completely unorganised. During the first few days, I had to spend my own time painting and cleaning the entire property from top to bottom. The condition was so bad that, even after cleaning, it still didn’t feel properly clean or suitable to live in.<br><br>On top of that, the cooker was not working. I contacted them to get it repaired, but it took a full week for the issue to be resolved, despite them knowing that I have children who needed to be fed. What made the situation worse was the way I was treated when I called. On several occasions, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and gave me an attitude, and she even hung up on me more than once. I found this extremely unprofessional and upsetting.<br><br>Later, I discovered that the mattress provided in the property was in a truly disgusting condition. I could not allow my children to sleep on it, so I contacted them and asked for it to be replaced. Unfortunately, it took three months for them to finally change the mattress.<br><br>For anyone wondering why I waited for them to replace it rather than simply buying a new one myself, this was temporary accommodation, and I was not allowed to replace or dispose of the furniture myself. I therefore had no choice but to wait for them to deal with it.<br><br>Another thing I found very strange was that the manager repeatedly encouraged and pressured me to leave feedback online. At the time, I found this uncomfortable, especially considering the issues I was experiencing with the property and the service. I believe feedback should be given voluntarily and honestly, rather than feeling pressured to provide it.<br><br>Overall, my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I expected a property to be provided in a clean, safe and reasonable condition, especially when children are involved. Instead, I felt that I had to constantly chase issues that should have been dealt with before I was given the keys.<br><br>I have also raised my concerns with my council, and I was told that they had received other complaints about this property/service and that they would no longer be booking this place for people.<br><br>I am sharing my experience so that anyone considering using this service knows what they may potentially be dealing with. Please think carefully before putting yourself through the stress and frustration that I experienced.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers- 20th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.

17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We didn't end up going ahead with our sale in the end - some family timing meant it wasn't the right moment for us - but I wanted to leave a review anyway because Tom was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we do sell.<br><br>He came across as genuinely thorough from the first meeting, not just a sales pitch. He talked us through the marketing price versus what we might actually achieve, was clear about how the launch and pre-launch process works, and didn't try to rush us into anything. When we told him our circumstances had changed, he was completely understanding and no pressure about it, which honestly says a lot about how he'd handle things once you're actually on the market too.<br><br>If you're weighing up agents in the Edmonton area, I'd put him on your shortlist. Thorough, straightforward, no hard sell.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. He didn’t just sell my flat — he went above and beyond to make it happen, and I will always be grateful. 12th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Benham and Reeves Dartmouth Park team are just outstanding- from the moment I started the journey on selling our home, Louis and Billy Boyle were there ievery step of the way. When we found buyer, it went to another level. When things get caught up, as they always do, Louis was offering solutions, advice and moving all parties along. They are not just doing a sales job when they come into your home to pitch to sell it, they are a team that genuinely care and support you every step of the way. Thank you Benham and Reeves - you are definitely NOT the same as all other estate agents!
