7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.
25th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

29th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had an excellent experience buying our dream property with Brown & Co - Elisha in particular was outstanding & a first class communicator, assisting & supporting with difficult moments with chain pressure, but also at times assisting at conveyancing level too. We felt that this personal approach, where genuine care was shown, made what can at times be a tiresome & daunting experience, become one of stability & assurance. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Their expertise and attention to detail really stood out, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. After being on the market 6 months with no interest we joined Gilson Bailey and sold In 4 days!- 28th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)So , the estate agent acted for the vendor, I was a cash buyer and had no agent. Late in the process ie 4 months after my offer was accepted, I became aware that my urgency to complete the purchase was not fully appreciated. I then contacted Joanne Lobb who was able to intervene with solicitors and push the process through, to my joy and relief. I felt she had become my best ally.
