Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.

As a local firm, they have such helpful advice, going above and beyond what you often get from a typical multi-branch Estate Agent. They clearly take pride in what they do and having viewed a few properties with other agencies which weren't suitable, the first I viewed with Henleys was perfect.
20th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We couldn’t recommend Stobart & Hurrell highly enough after they handled the sale of our home.<br><br>Having lived there for over 11 years, selling the house and moving on was a huge step for us as a family, and from the very beginning the team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. James put me at ease from the start and guided me and my family through the whole process, I thought this was going to be difficult but James and the team made it very straight forward. I popped in just to see how things where going and was always made to feel more than welcome. What really impressed me that they didn't do a hard sell with constant follow up phone calls, it was a difficult time after mum's passing and James and his team was understanding and totally professional, can highly recommend

From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. I cannot praise them enough.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support
13th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been looking for the ideal property for over 2 months, have dealt with 7 or 8 different Estate Agency, Sefftons is the first one (and especially Siobhan Smith) to actually listen to what I am searching for and pro actively help me find it. If I was in a position to sell a property I would definitely use them as, as a buyer, I am actively focusing on the properties they have in their portfolio rather then looking at what other agencies have for sale now.
