7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
28th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Thank you Phil for not getting back to me about my request to the view the property. As frustrating as it is dealing with an incompetent estate agent, I’m always grateful to discover this early on rather than later. On both occasions you have spoken to me with a tone of patronising condescension, despite you displaying a lack of basic knowledge on capital gains tax treatment and what constitutes as a 2nd property. To quote yourself “with all due respect” I've heard nothing from you in a week now, so I will pursue other methods to contact the vendor. No need to mention this to them as I will explain all when I locate them. Thanks again for saving myself and your client a frustrating process of liaising through waterside estate agents.

28th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)My email name is a result of using my email account for work. My name is Catherine Clark and I decided to sell my cottage in Sheringham through Arnolds Keys. They were the agent when we bought the property 27 years ago and we have had an excellent relationship with the letting arm of their business, Keys Holidays for well over 20 years, hence deciding to use them when it came time to sell. They produced an excellent brochure and found us a buyer within a fortnight of putting the cottage on the market. I particularly like the fact that, no matter who I spoke to in the Sheringham office, everyone had detailed knowledge of our property and could answer any question I, or indeed our buyer, had. Paul Winterbourne phoned me every week with a progress report, which I really appreciated. From our first request for a valuation, Clive Hedges and Sue Hall were helpful, professional and very approachable and this helpful 'can do' attitude from the whole team has persisted throughout the selling process which culminates in completion next Tuesday. They even sent me a copy of the 360 degree tour which was part of the details on Rightmove. I was delighted by this because the link to the tour on Rightmove was no longer available when tge details were removed from the site. We would not hesitate to recommend Arnolds Keys in Sheringham. We've had a totally positive experience, for which we are sincerely grateful.

Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

1st Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I knew as soon as I met Ryan, Yasmin and Eleanor that Millers were the agent to help me sell my house and I wasn't wrong. They supported me to navigate a number of challenges along the way and did so with lots of care and patience. Even taking calls out of hours! Their warm and friendly approach meant that I could trust them from day one. I would 100% recommend Millers and I'd use them again without any hesitation at all. This is what estate agency should be like.
