11th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I found them most helpful and always avalible at the end of the phone. Also they did all but one of the viewings which was better for us as wefeel it is very daunting showing prospective byers round the house. We also got feedback from the viewings promptly.
25th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

He found us a private buyer and achieved a quick sale, with the exchange and completion process proving equally straightforward. The whole experience was as stress-free as selling a home could possibly be.<br><br>Many estate agents promise a lot, as we discovered when we met with three other well-known agencies. 6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I've been really impressed by the responsiveness of Think! and in particular Becky who oversees their branches in Thorpe & Costessey. They have excellent local knowledge & the experience wasn't at all salesy. We've been kept updated throughout & they've proven easy to reach. We've both had plenty of experience selling properties so this is refreshing and reassuring. We had looked at a few larger local competitors, but with the only one that had more houses listed in the area we were concerned by that agent's financial position (& even if we weren't buyers might be) & closure of their branches – that other agent also proved difficult to get hold of. Think! proved the right choice & willing to work with us throughout.

26th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)My x partner went to view a rental property and basically because she was on benefits with a disability they wouldn’t even entertain the idea of her renting this property , it is still available she was given an application form to fill in but was told not to fill it in yet as there still waiting on someone that enquired 3 weeks ago but hasn’t got back to them yet . Equality act 2010 is not being followed by this company. We will be reporting this to the ombudsman.
22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

Also used heritage solicitors, Broadstone Legal Services, who were also brilliant. The sale went through extremely quickly which was perfect.<br>Thank you again and I still highly recommend!
