Today's visit (19/02/2019) addressed all the issues with the house, however you were notified of the most pressing issues over a year ago and for some reason they've only been taken notice of now (conveniently just in time for the homes act-well played). We notified Katie Harvey and Emma Trett over a year ago of our severe mold and damp problem as well as of the potential health hazard it poses, due to our less than adequate bathroom and clearly ineffective extractor fan which we again, highlighted as a major issue in need of addressing. Katie Harvey and Emma Trett have (until now) upheld the myth that our extractor fan worked perfectly fine and that cleaning and leaving the windows open would suffice to get rid of the mold, despite all the residents of the actual property heartily arguing otherwise. Neither the extractor fan nor the mold have been noted as pressing issues during any of our previous visits or inspections until today's, when Martin Jackson told me that the extractor fan needed replacing, which I found quite unbelievable since we have constantly been bringing this to Leaders attention for over a year - but not that surprising considering the House Act comes into force in a month (only a few months before our tenancy comes to and end). I suggest in the future you take more serious notice of the issues tenants point out to you and address them appropriately.
