They will find any reason to over charge you.<br>I couldn’t put half a star.. Good luck to you if you’re starting your journey with this company, you’ll need it.

30th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's our lives. Couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.

I was shown round the house I purchased by Elisha who was very helpful we were not rushed and let us in on a few occasions. When I phoned the agency my call was answered and any questions I had were answered quickly or within the same day.

From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism of Christian Money - he understands the industry and is customer focused. Our contact throughout the selling process was Tracey. I will miss our calls and meetings! I came to really appreciate how hard she worked on the behalf of both us as the seller and indeed the buyer to make the process as uncomplicated as possible. Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.

Diogo ensured that I got the best deal possible, constantly looking out for me, and never failed to ensure I understood everything as the process went on. As a first time buyer, I had many questions and Diogo made me feel comfortable enough to ask as many as I needed to!<br><br>Kinga was incredible through the whole process, answering my many, many phone calls, always polite and welcoming and ensuring I knew what was happening constantly.
