They completed the sale of our property which was a little complicated, communicating brilliantly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble as we weren’t in the local area during the sale process. Their knowledge of the local area plus experience of the market is excellent we would highly recommend.

29th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)Picked up the keys to my son’s new house yesterday from Amy Woolley, we could not of been more impressed with how she dealt with us, seriously if I could give her 10 stars I would ?????? My son had a long wish list for his first step on the property ladder and knew he might have to compromise to find something in his budget . Amy lined up several properties to view on the same day and was extremely professional and patient. He then made an offer on his favourite one . Amy explained the purchase process step by step and kept in contact throughout . I would have no hesitation recommending Williams estate to anyone looking to Buy, sell or rent . Stephen cox

8th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I was purchasing through Reaston Brown and found them extremely personable. Their communication was excellent and the team felt caring and considerate which made the process, which unfortunately ended in my purchaser pulling out late in the process, a lot less traumatic with the helpful and friendly Sally helping her seller and ourselves through the process. I certainly hope we can purchase through them. And if i lived in the area i would not hesitate to engage them to sell my property - i would feel safe in their hands.

We felt like they were on our side through a lot of the months of ups and downs as we got from offer to completion. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

From the initial viewing, through to the offer and enquiries, Karen and the team worked tirelessly to keep our solicitors in constant contact and was incredibly responsive, often replying to queries and emails within minutes. Moving home is always stressful, and our case was no exception, but throughout we felt like Karen was 100% on top of things and genuinely cared about the outcome and our ambitions. Not to mention the virtual tours available on the property listing which has made planning the details of our next move easier than ever! Thank you so much Karen, George and team. If we ever want to sell, you’d be top of our list!

From day one, Victoria showed a professionalism and a knowledge of the local area. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. From enquiries to viewings arranged, Victoria made ensured that we were supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Her guidance in presenting the bungalow to show it at it's best and expert advice made the whole experience much less stressful than we initially thought. Moreover, everyone we interacted with in the Chinnor team was friendly and knowledgeable, which made us feel confident and at ease. 18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
