2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with Parker’s in Chinnor and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.<br><br>Charlie Lowe was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He always seemed to know exactly what was going on at any given moment, kept us informed, and was incredibly quick to deliver on anything he said he would do. We never felt like we needed to chase him for an update, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.<br><br>Charlie genuinely went above and beyond the remit of his role to help keep everything moving and make sure we got to completion. His communication, professionalism and willingness to help were outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Jayson Wicks also deserves a special mention for his support throughout the process and for helping everything come together.<br><br>A huge thank you to Charlie, Jayson and the team at Parker’s Chinnor. We’re incredibly grateful for everything you did to help us get the keys to our first home. Would absolutely recommend!

He went out of his way to help us every step of the journey, with a level of care and professionalism that is genuinely rare. Sue and the team were so helpful from start to finish and always kept us updated throughout the process.<br><br>They were always quick to respond to any questions we had and made the whole process feel much easier and less stressful. It was great knowing we could get in touch whenever we needed something and that they would keep us in the loop.<br><br>We would definitely recommend Sue and the JNP team to anyone looking to sell their home!
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I’d been searching the Buckinghamshire area for a while and found a few properties in Aylesbury through Williams. From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.
24th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had a very torturous sale with many twists and turns and Reaston Brown - Nick, Sally & Karli - were with us every step of the way. Nick managed to untangle all the problems and today we exchanged contracts ????????????????????????<br>All the staff went above beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and compassion when things didn't quite go to plan.
11th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

From the very beginning she was friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.<br><br>Once we'd found our home, Karen was there to help us throughout the whole process, keeping things moving and supporting us right through to completion.<br><br>Thank you Karen and everyone at White Lion Residential.

1st May 2025 (1 year ago)I had no property viewings and ended the contract. Communication was poor, with promised weekly updates not being made and the excuses for not being able to generate interest in my house were ridiculous. For example my village doesn't have a train station! Not proactive in anyway, asking me for suggestions as to what they could do, to do their job. Expected the online platforms to do all the work.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
