29th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . 31st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

9th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Woodcock Holmes enough. Right from the first enquiry they responded quickly and came to view my property within a couple of days. Rob (Manager) talked me through his recommended asking price and the reasons for it, showed his local knowledge and wasn’t the least bit pushy. Adrian (Manager) has been great too with polite, non pushy calls and email communication. They found me a buyer within two weeks of listing with them.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
2nd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Dealing with Nick and Paul and Norton Rickett was like a breath of fresh air. Always contactable, helpful and reasonable, very accomadating to our needs and geniunely wanted the best for both parties. Very nice company to work with, wouldn't hesitate to reccomend.

Communication became more limited once the solicitors became involved, but they did a lot of chasing behind the scenes and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly when it came to getting us to exchange. Their persistence and efforts at that stage were very much appreciated. Overall, we were happy with the service and would recommend them.
