29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!

30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have recently completed on our dream family home which we found through King West. We originally viewed the home last year but was not in a position to proceed, however after we sold our home early this year we found our dream home had still not sold and we were able to proceed! The whole process from start to finish was seamless with Lois being our main point of contact. As the home is an older property we needed lots of visits and surveys, but this was never an issue with King west (Lois) always being so accommodating! Lois and the team’s communication is just seamless and makes which is usually a stressful life event so easy. Thanks again to King West!
31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
4th May 2026 (3 days ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

From the very start, they were fantastic communicators, professional, proactive, and clearly knew their craft. Within just three months, my property was sold. I honestly couldn’t believe the speed or the expertise of the team, but most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. A huge thank you to City & County for making the process feel seamless from start to finish.

6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)A few times they didn’t get back to me after a viewing which was annoying. They wanted me to drop the price as the market had gone quiet (Christmas time). I declined and when market picked up I sold my house just under asking price.
18th May 2021 (4 years ago)They will find poor excuses to not show you the houses and will not even make an effort to deny that it is your non-English name putting you at the bottom of the list.
26th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Visited Rosedale Property Agents at their office in Market Deeping and found them to be friendly, positive, well organised and professional. I was lucky enough to have a valuation carried out that same day and viewings were arranged immediately. The office kept me up to date and well informed about everything going on. One week later I have an offer on the property, which I have accepted. I have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly things have moved and delighted to have make such rapid progress within such a short space of time. I can recommend Rosedale without hesitation. Thank you very much to Sue, Becky and Sharon for excellent work.

24th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)I would like to write about my personal experience with Firmin and Co specific for excellent agent Sobia Hussain about her support and co-operation to get very quickly a great Apartment suitable for standard family. I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling. Excellent cooperation all the time I have had an issue related to property. Thanks a lot for your kind support so far.

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!Fine & Country - Stamford

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

They made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, helpful advice.
