Belle was exceptional from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by how proactive she was in keeping the purchase moving forward and ensuring all parties stayed on track. She regularly kept me informed of progress and worked closely with my solicitor, acting as an effective middle ground to help keep communication flowing smoothly. Whenever I had questions that hadn’t been answered elsewhere, Belle was always happy to help and provided clear, helpful responses. Her response times were consistently prompt, which made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. Thank you, Belle, for your professionalism, dedication, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend both Belle and Stratton Creber to anyone buying or selling a property.

Absolutely NO interest, personable approach or motivation in presentation! In short personality and sales approach of a cold fish!

Relocating is a big deal and she was an absolute joy to work work with. I would definitely recommend May Whetter & Grose!

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Please stay away. They don't seem to know the difference between rising damp and dirty marks on the wall. Totally unprofessional.

21st May 2026 (25 days ago)After nearly a year of stress, delays, and a very long property journey, we finally completed on our new home this Monday, and I honestly can’t thank the team at DKH Rickmansworth enough. What makes this even more impressive is that they weren’t even my estate agents, they were acting for the sellers. Yet throughout the entire process, Josh, Hannah, and Beth treated me with the same care, communication, and professionalism as if I were their own client. There were times during this move where things became incredibly frustrating, but DKH were always helpful, responsive, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the move over the line for everyone involved. In all honesty, I had a far better experience with them than I did with my own estate agents. The team went above and beyond from start to finish, and even the thoughtful gift at the end was a really lovely touch after such a long slog. If I ever move again, I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to use DKH Rickmansworth myself. A huge thank you again to Josh, Hannah, Beth, and the whole team. Wishing you all the best and continued success.
