7th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank
2nd Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Greg came to our bungalow and gave us a very competitive valuation. With on going follow ups Elsie could not have been more helpful when we had some snags with our buyers Solicitor. The Launceston office are so helpful and I couldn’t recommend them more highly
28th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Just wanted to give Holly Hasan a special mention. I called into the Looe office on a couple of occasions to keep up to speed with what was available. Both times Holly was polite, attentive and helpful. Although I didn't end up buying from Stratton Creber (hence couldn't give 5*), if I was selling my property in this area, I am positive she would provide a first class and proactive service.

Relocating is a big deal and she was an absolute joy to work work with. I would definitely recommend May Whetter & Grose!

2nd Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Scott Parry associates have just successfully sold our Property in Cargreen, and I can honestly say that they are by-far the best agents that we have ever dealt with. We went with Scott after his property appraisal, as he was genuinely enthusiastic about our property and location, and the photography and drone footage that they provided was incredible. The market is very challenging at the moment, and the team persevered with many viewings and were proactive and accommodating for potential viewings throughout the entire process. The whole team were fantastic, and in particular Megan, who we could not fault, and we felt like she made it her mission to sell our property. The market is incredibly tough, so be realistic about your sell price and Scott Parry Associates will get it done for you!

2nd Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely disgusting service. The staff square up to you, not very professional and the sheer amount of lies that comes out of their mouth is just unbelievable. Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Please stay away. They don't seem to know the difference between rising damp and dirty marks on the wall. Totally unprofessional.

27th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
