Outstanding service from Ed at Knight Frank<br><br>We were incredibly impressed with the support, advice, and service we received from Ed throughout the sale of our home. Despite challenging market conditions, he stayed calm, communicative, and proactive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and quick to respond whenever we had questions.<br><br>Ed's pricing advice was realistic and well judged, and his marketing of the property really showcased its best features. The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.<br><br>Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Good support throughout the exercise especially from Alison, who phoned regularly with updates and advice and also from Craig who was very approachable and extremely helpful when either my wife or I phoned with queries or seeking advice.<br>Highly recommended..
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I had a great experience with Watson Bull and Porter. They are very responsive to my emails, calls, and concerns. They are also easy to arrange viewing schedules with. Tegan was very exceptional. She is very sweet and accommodating. She made sure our concerns are communicated with the vendors as well. The only reason I cant give a 5 star was only because along the end of the process, there was an agent who suddenly called me, despite having only met with the vendors and made agreements on the exchange date, he was pressuring me right over the phone to do the exchange ‘tomorrow’. This is despite the fact that I was still raising inquiries thru my solicitor regarding certain information that came up from the searches. He was telling me the vendors had medical plans and had conditions for the dates. These were all not communicated to me prior. In fact, the information sheet says “no conditions on the date of completion”. This resulted in me having to exchange and complete purchase whilst I am abroad for an unexpected urgent family matter. But anyway, everything went okay and I am still grateful.

From putting our property on the market in April 2025, having two sales collapse, and seeing us through the third one which was less than easy, they have supported us all the way. They are always there on the end of the phone to provide updates/advice when needed. Love working with this agency- super professional and amazing at what they do.

27th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We were greatly disappointed as a potential buyer dealing with this estate agent. We had travelled some 60 miles and taken a ferry to the Isle of Wight to view a property in Newport. We had booked an appointment for 2pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. Without any courtesy call or email to chase on our whereabouts (we were delayed by the ferry - and the agent Laura knew we were on the mainland) I had to call her five times at which point she told me she left the property as she had another appointment. She was rude, offered no alternative appointment and appeared just not to care. Clearly had a higher commission viewing elsewhere.

They have been absolutely brilliant in helping us achieve a swift and smooth sale of our Island home.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt they were on the ball and keeping everything moving. They really understood our position, and we felt valued and well represented as sellers— which was a refreshing change from previous experiences where the emphasis seemed to be on keeping the buyers happy.<br><br>Their knowledge of the Isle of Wight and wealth of experience in the industry really shone through. A special thank you to Duncan and Lesley for their hard work, support and sound advice. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
