22nd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Terrible experience with Olav and Edwards Estate Agents and I would discourage from using their services. I had a viewing of a property with Olav and put an offer for the asking price on 11/11/24. After 3 days waiting, contacted Olav again, who mentioned that landlady was busy due to her work and he asked to put in an email the issues I identified and requesting as part of the offer (minor decoration issues, change broken sink, property deep clean and removing the mattress and we would take our own). Just after 7 minutes, Olav replied "Just heard back from the Landlord that she cannot move the bed". Nothing regarding the offer or any of the other issues mentioned. Following week, after not hearing anything from Olav, I contacted him again to know if there was any update. He got very distressed with me calling again and at the end of the conversation he said, literally, "do not contact me again until I heard back from the landlady". Up to today I have not heard back from Olav to apologize or give any update.
27th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.

14th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this estate agent.<br><br>I contacted them immediately after seeing a property advertised and made it very clear that I was genuinely interested. I was told that my details had been taken and that I was at the top of the list for a viewing. I was also told that viewing slots would become available the following Tuesday, once the tenants had moved out.<br><br>When Tuesday came and I hadn’t heard anything, I called to follow up. I was then told that they still needed to complete the checkout report and would let me know as soon as the property was ready for viewings. Again, I was reassured that I was at the top of the list.<br><br>A few days later, after following up again, I was eventually told that the property was under offer. Given the assurances I had repeatedly been given, this was extremely disappointing.<br><br>What made the experience worse was the complete lack of accountability when I raised my concerns. There was no apology or acknowledgement of how poorly the situation had been handled.<br><br>Finding a new home is already an incredibly stressful process, and communication and honesty from estate agents should make that process easier — not more frustrating. Being repeatedly told that you are first in line, only to find out that the property has gone under offer without being given the opportunity to view it, is understandably very upsetting.<br><br>Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this agent.

22nd Aug 2023 (3 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

5th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience with this agency. They treated me with kindness and respect, and I always felt supported. Ray and Goisha were especially helpful and kind throughout my time here. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving and changing houses, as I felt very comfortable. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.

So unprofessional!- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

14th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them

31st Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
