I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!
11th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I arranged a viewing for the second of September and was asked to provide 3 months of bank statements and payslips, which I did straight away. The agent then asked me to pay a deposit, which I also paid. I was told I’d hear back once the landlord confirmed. Days passed with no updates. When I chased, the agent claimed he had emailed me, but no email ever arrived (even though I had received all his previous emails without issue). After further follow-ups, he admitted he may have sent it to the wrong person. Eventually, I was told there were “issues with the landlord” because the previous tenant hadn’t ended their contract and wanted to move back in. The only response offered was to refund my deposit no apology, no accountability, no alternative property. I got my money back, but the complete lack of professionalism and communication wasted 15 days of my time. Terry, if you are reading this, please understand how unacceptable this experience was. Future tenants deserve better than having their time and trust wasted.

He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. He did an excellent job and was always on hand when you needed him night or day. No regrets. Warren all the way.

12th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)I would like to Thank Salman Gillani for his help in introducing me to rent guarantee scheme. I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.
2nd Apr 2020 (6 years ago)Excellent, proactive service. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly and I felt they listened and responded well, rather than me feeling like just another number! They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.

2nd Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Never ever again. Big mistake paying up front fee. I was doing the chasing. Its not an estate agent is it ? I had 4 different agents looking after me in 7 months. Only 1 of them phoned me to touch base. The rest I had to email and was lucky if I even got a reply. Zero local knowledge...waste of time and money.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
