22nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

They were great from start to finish and a huge thanks is due to Shannon and Daniel for their considerable expertise and help along the way. They really know the local area, worked very hard for us and took a lot of stress out of the process. Highly recommended.

18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I cannot recommend these wonderful women highly enough.<br><br>We sold our first flat through them, then purchased and later sold our house through them too. They are professional to a tee. Valuations are realistic, they maintain integrity throughout the sale, and they go the extra mile. Suzannah progressed our sale and was amazing at ensuring we exchanged on time, whilst keeping the agents for my onward purchase happy.<br><br>I’m a property investor and home owner, with experience of many local and national agents. His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.
18th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I do not recommend it. We lived in the Newlands Park property that they manage in London for 5 years. The owner invests 0 in the property. During the winter, the toilet gets a lot of mould due to the humidity. We always asked them to fix it, and they never did; we fixed it ourselves, as both my husband and I have respiratory issues. They were always very, very slow to respond to issues we had with the property; we had to chase them all the time. In fact, during our last month in the property, a water pipe that always been damaged broke again because the person the send to fix it only puts tape, and doesn't fix it properly By the 3rd year, they wanted to increase the rent, and you’d think, yes, that’s fair, but again, the landlord never wanted to reinvest in the property, even though it clearly needed a decent investment. We were very reluctant to allow them to increase the rent, as the property NEEDS a lot of repairs. No double glazing, so the property is not energy efficient. The cellar has mould, so anything you put in there gets ruined by it. The wood in the kitchen window and the bath is rotten, never got fixed During our last year (2025), in May, THEY LIED and told us the owner wanted to sell the property; we were thinking of leaving the country anyway, so we were okay with it. They told us we had to leave by August. However, the timing was not right, as we had some travel planned. We managed to get an extension until November, sorted out our move and work situation, and moved to Spain at the end of November. And to add, they took 1.5 months to return our deposit. My husband had to chase them a couple of times, and the last time he told them that if the deposit wasn't returned by the 9th of Jan, he would escalate it. they didn’t even return all of it. , and guess what? The property is now available TO RENT £150 more expensive, and with all of the issues we flag and they and the landlord haven’t fixed them at all. AVOID!

He was particularly good at negotiating and empathising with our buyers when a few things came out of the survey report which sent our buyers into a panic - he def changed my perception of the typical. Whilst it was a challenging process through the pandemic, they both did a great job and provided an ultra-professional service. Many thanks
23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

From the moment we viewed the house through to completion, Michael kept us updated every week, which made the whole process so much less stressful. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had. His knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was always able to provide clear and helpful information. We really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and support throughout the purchase. Rumour has it that buying a house is one of the most stressful times of your life, but on this occasion I have to disagree! Thank you Michael for making our house-buying experience such a positive one.

Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid

They both are knowledgeable and patience with us. We went through a modern auction which requires a fast pace and a lot of quick understanding. We had a great follow up from Qasim throughout the process and got all our questions answered. For a first big step, we couldn’t ask for better professionals.
