12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of using this service for finding a rental home and had the pleasure of meeting Mr William Corbett during this process. William, who is a trainee at Acorn, was an absolute star and made a very stressful process super easy and stress free for myself and family. He helped us from the very beginning, including viewing, referencing etc. We are very grateful and highly recommend William and Acorn.
22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

We found Daniel to be very friendly in the beginning, and then just straight up pushy and tactical.<br>His team were ok, but it would often take a long time to get full responses which is frustrating when purchasing a property.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.
18th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I do not recommend it. We lived in the Newlands Park property that they manage in London for 5 years. The owner invests 0 in the property. During the winter, the toilet gets a lot of mould due to the humidity. We always asked them to fix it, and they never did; we fixed it ourselves, as both my husband and I have respiratory issues. They were always very, very slow to respond to issues we had with the property; we had to chase them all the time. In fact, during our last month in the property, a water pipe that always been damaged broke again because the person the send to fix it only puts tape, and doesn't fix it properly By the 3rd year, they wanted to increase the rent, and you’d think, yes, that’s fair, but again, the landlord never wanted to reinvest in the property, even though it clearly needed a decent investment. We were very reluctant to allow them to increase the rent, as the property NEEDS a lot of repairs. No double glazing, so the property is not energy efficient. The cellar has mould, so anything you put in there gets ruined by it. The wood in the kitchen window and the bath is rotten, never got fixed During our last year (2025), in May, THEY LIED and told us the owner wanted to sell the property; we were thinking of leaving the country anyway, so we were okay with it. They told us we had to leave by August. However, the timing was not right, as we had some travel planned. We managed to get an extension until November, sorted out our move and work situation, and moved to Spain at the end of November. And to add, they took 1.5 months to return our deposit. My husband had to chase them a couple of times, and the last time he told them that if the deposit wasn't returned by the 9th of Jan, he would escalate it. they didn’t even return all of it. , and guess what? The property is now available TO RENT £150 more expensive, and with all of the issues we flag and they and the landlord haven’t fixed them at all. AVOID!
2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Worst estate agent ever do not buy or rent any property!! All there properties are a health and safety concern. They do not care and won’t help. Mouses & rats in property and housing mentally unwell people with kids.

Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area.<br><br>Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service.<br><br>Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.- 27th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Simon Darvill and Rian Formon assisted us with the sale of our property in Crystal Palace. 13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Second bad experience letting my property through them after Andrews estate agent.<br>Over valuated ended 4 weeks in the market with no interest, viewers complains (we noticed it after giving it to another agent as they came for a second viewing)<br>Very disappointing!!!<br>I don't really understand what the estate agents think about landlords very rich ?????? ?????? so bad

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid
