22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Horrible experience with trying to get my deposit back (still trying to get it back to this day!). I put down the 5 week deposit for a flat that was advertised by Cavendish Cheam but had to back out due to personal circumstances. I understand that I cannot get back the 1 week holding deposit but for the rest of my money, it has not been returned yet. Daren has been claiming that I will be deposited the amount on certain days but has never followed through. It feels like I am being played at this point. Proceed with caution when dealing with this agency!

She was always responsive, genuinely listened to our concerns and requests, and was happy to answer any questions we had. In particular, Liam’s support, all the way from the initial viewing, to moving in has been stellar. We did not experience a single headache, and I attribute that largely to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.

1st Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I am happy to talk about my experience with Hunters. Michael Silk and Sam Jamani are exceptionally helpful , wonderful and professional. I must give credits to Michael who stood by me when I had a gas leak , called the gas company and stayed up to midnight sorting out the problem.. He also chased them to finish the job completely. It is very important to have reliable people especially I am living abroad Michael and Sam helped me to find an excellent tenant and they were professional , patient and take the calls outside their business hours. All the respect to you. Most appreciated.

We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. He was communicative, prompt with responses and just generally lovely to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him!

31st Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. They take a personal interest in the vendor and purchaser and are always available, day or night to provide their professional advice and guidance.<br><br>If you are looking to sell or buy a home - choose Ewe Move, you will be very glad you did!

Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.

3rd Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I instructed Butlers to act for the sale of my 90yr. old sister-in-laws house and wow what an experience. Hayleigh was absolutely brilliant. A buyer was found within the first few weeks and Hayleigh went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible for my sister-in-law who became very confused with the moving process. Hayleigh was always there for her and keep me informed as I lived 2hrs away. I can't thank Haleigh and her team enough for all they have done. I would highly recommend Butlers to anybody who wants the best experience selling their property, they are fantastic.
