Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

17th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

Back in October we were deciding what estate agents to sell / buy with and after one call with Matt it was obvious we liked them the most! The original house we were purchasing was withdrawn from the market - not their fault at all and they were so kind & apologetic. They kept us up to date and put up with my chasing for updates when we were stuck in a big chain! Hopefully we are now in our ‘forever home’ but if not, we would definitely be using them again. They have been here a very long time and are now a fundamental part of the village ‘backbone’. Their amazing branch manager, Sarah, has a fantastic team - everyone is friendly, supportive, customer-focused and efficient and always willing to help in whatever way they can. They have the full suite of property services under one roof – property valuations, sales, lettings, mortgages - and their mortgage broker, Jayne, is a complete genius! In my particular case, Austin & Wyatt at Lyndhurst have been outstanding – they have provided me with so much assistance regarding my property and all the wider issues – I just can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. Sarah and your team, you are simply wonderful – thank you!

Steve & Jess were fabulous, very patient, & even helped me arrange the clearance of the large furniture. Everyone was very friendly & professional throughout, with regular updates from Andrew as well, it was a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I am very happy to recommend Chequers, as they clearly care very deeply about providing the very best service, with a personal touch.

10th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The property didn’t sell. The asking price was high to start with, but I admired their ambition. The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We bought a property off glen and his team last year and can honestly say as first time buys we are so glad we went with Easton’s. As first time buyers we didn’t know much about the mortgage process but glen and Clare were so nice and no question was too much for them! It wasn’t quite a straight forward process however we were always kept in the loop and reassured a lot. Would definitely recommend.

29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Charters Estate Agents had to put up with a lot from an extremely stressed me - not all to do with the purchase so it made it more difficult for them - and although this purchase definitely went slower than perhaps it should have, they contacted me with updates and I know for a fact pushed things along with the vendor, who also helped as much as he could, that definitely helped the process - I have nothing but thanks and praise for Paul Mason, Tom Harper, Alex Porter and especially the Sales Progression Assistant Sohniya Bhatti who put up with a lot of repeated requests and whinging from me. I am not normally like this and I spent so long apologising and then going back and moaning I am amazed at their patience and understanding - I even sent them pictures of paintings I had done - I'm surprised they didn't get me certified. Honestly they had more patience than I deserved and the process was only slowed by a few extra weeks which was not in their control but they still tried to sort out. I recommend them.
