The lettings team Sian, Coral, Lisa, have looked after one our our properties for a number of Years and there service is second to none, nothing was too much trouble helping us get set up as landlords to dealing with tenants, taught us alot. Then we came to sell both our rented properties which the sales team assisted tremendously, Michelle, Summer, Tina, Daisy and Paul helped us with the process of both properties, thank you both Lettings and Sales team, your efforts and help were dreadfully appreciated.
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Overall a very positive experience, from a good valuation to a quick sale. Lorraine was brilliant, never too busy to feedback or chase something up. I’d definitely recommend Morgan Brookes and if I move again, I’d definitely use them.

2nd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.

22nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!

26th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would recommend St George’s homes to anyone needing an estate agent - we had to sell a property in Rayleigh remotely and Darren and his team went over and above, recommending local services and going to the house for us - they were prompt responsive and super helpful throughout. .

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
