2nd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)The communication with Haart was good. The offer was less than I wanted though. Another agency also gave a higher valuation, the same as Haart did. However, I accepted the offer on Haart's recommendation, as the buyer is a first-time buyer with no chain and houses had gone down in price in the area.

22nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!

26th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)I would recommend St George’s homes to anyone needing an estate agent - we had to sell a property in Rayleigh remotely and Darren and his team went over and above, recommending local services and going to the house for us - they were prompt responsive and super helpful throughout. .

31st Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

29th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Amazing from start to finish, Andy was our primary estate agent and he was always on hand to help us or answer any questions. He always went above and beyond, and made us feel safe during a highly stressful time. Amanda was our sale progressor. She was immediate in her response to anything and everything. If they didn’t have the answer to hand, they would find it.<br>We had some delays with the exchange due to another seller, but we were always kept in the loop and always knew they were pushing on our behalf.<br>We were also always greeted with help from other members of staff when our primary’s were out of the office.<br>Could not recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to use them again if I had the need and will 100% be suggesting them to any friends and family that are thinking of moving.
