Stuart and the whole team were respectful and understanding of my situation and despite me not living locally they kept me updated and informed at all times during the whole selling process. I found them to be professional and very efficient, whilst being friendly and very approachable at all times. I really do recommend using Stuart Thomas and his team, as they made a difficult and stressful time a lot easier. Thank you once again.

Mark was our first contact, he came round to value our property and get it on the market. To our surprise it sold in eleven days and an offer was accepted. From then on Lloyd and Paul were extremely helpful and kept us informed all along the way. We had a couple of issues with our buyers, but was quickly sorted out buy the team. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who asked about them. Thanks again to your team, really appreciate all you did for my wife and myself.

I received weekly updates from Natasha, their Senior Sales Progressor, who was always helpful, proactive, and easy to reach whenever I had questions she defo went above and beyond at all times. From the very first viewing with Bradley & Caroline through to exchange and completion, the whole process felt well-supported and i felt less stressed for sure. I also used Morgan, the mortgage broker who works alongside the company, and he made the financial side just as straightforward - always helpful and there if i had any questions! From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, they never once avoided my (often stressed!) phone calls and were always patient, taking the time to clearly explain each step of the process. No matter how busy they were, they always made time to support us, which made a huge difference. Ciara was fantastic right from the beginning, taking control of the viewings and presenting our property beautifully to potential buyers. Her professionalism and enthusiasm really stood out. Ross completely understood what we were looking for in a future home and found us the perfect property in the perfect area, we couldn’t be happier with our new home. Ross and Amanda were absolutely instrumental in pushing our sale through a particularly difficult chain. We genuinely believe that without their persistence and dedication, the move would not have happened.
