9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)We had a great experience working with Rex at Balgores throughout our property search. His communication was excellent, particularly during the sales progression stage, keeping us informed and helping the process move forward smoothly. The reservation agreement with Gazeal also gave us added peace of mind and reassurance, making us feel more secure throughout the process. We really appreciated Rex’s support and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property.
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish. Sold our property within 1 day, kept us informed all the way, and did all the viewings and checks without us having to enter. Really friendly and made you feel like you were receiving a personal service. Cannot recommend them enough.
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Highly recommend Williams and Donovan. We have just sold our house via the Benfleet office.
We purchased this property via them 8 years ago and returned to sell it 8 years later.
Fantastic service from start to finish. From our initial meeting and valuation with Darren to exchange/completion stages with Stephanie everything was seamless.
Great communication throughout, never had a problem getting in contact, always answer your calls and always provided updates/regular feedback.
All staff were polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very quick to arrange/confirm viewings and provide feedback. Anita, Denise and Alex always on hand.
Stephanie was great helping us to get to the exchange stage, helping chase solicitors and provide updates.
Thank you so much; such a lovely team
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at Aspire were absolutely brilliant but special mention goes to Kiera who was so friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, thank you Kiera for all your help.
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Since May 2026 I have rented an apartment that is part of a large 1900s building. In summary from my 1st viewing, items that were going to be fixed prior to tenancy were never fixed. Lots of emails/photos communication but did not result in any action by Reed/ Landlord. Ongoing saga and my recommendation is to avoid as there are far better letting agents in the marketplace. The new rental laws from 1st May allow walking away with 2 months notice which is a great step forward.
