10th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)5 stars doesn’t quite do my experience justice, I dealt with Beccy throughout my purchase and I can’t thank her enough. As a first time buyer, Beccy has been the most helpful person I could have wished to deal with. She answered every question I asked no matter how silly, spent hours of her time pushing for completion on my behalf when I felt like I was getting nowhere and was a genuinely nice person to deal with during the most stressful time.

14th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have been trying to contact this estate agent to enquire about a property for over one and a quarter hours...no reply to my call...just an answer machine...I would be fuming if I was the vendor...very unsatisfactory... unbelievable in fact... I've been phoning on and off between 12.50 and 2.17...nothing....

30th Mar 2024 (21 days ago)Cameron at Goodchilds Stoke, has been excellent with the valuation of our property, advice on how best to market the property, photography to show the prime selling points of the house, and advice once the property was sold stc- our property went on the market with Goodchilds Thursday pm - 2 viewings booked for Saturday - one of which offered the full asking price which we accepted the following Monday- just wish that I had gone with Goodchilds from the beginning rather than waste 10 weeks of our time with an inferior local estate agent.

I really felt that they were working for me rather than simply trying to turn around the property quickly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone of my friends.

Gutted I didn't get the house but it was a long shot. I'd heard about the first time Buyer Scheme and the house I'd always wanted was on the Market. All I say is, do your research and ask the right questions.

They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.
