12th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

2nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)m our first contact with your office we were impressed with the professional, relaxed approach we received from Adam who attended the address to do the valuation. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We then had dealings with Beth. Again from the onset we were pleased with her calm professional attitude. As we progressed through the process we encountered a number of issues and delays. We struggled with obtaining information from our solicitors, and there were a couple of times where we considered taking the property off the market as the process was becoming too onerous. However Beth stepped up and essentially took control of things. She has a knack of calming situations and allaying our concerns. If she was asked to do something she did in a quiet efficient manner providing us with timely updates and reassurance that things would get there in the end. She was friendly and supportive but remained professional throughout our contact with her. I can honestly say that without her guidance and support we would, in all reality, have removed our property from sale preventing us from retiring to the coast.- 22nd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)To the Oswestry team at Halls a Big Thank You for support throughout my long distance buying process. 9th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would highly recommend Balfours, Allister and his team worked extremely hard to sell my mothers property recently keeping as well I formed and giving good advice throughout. Would definitely use this estate agency again!

23rd Mar 2026 (24 days ago)Rang to make a viewing on a property that had just gone in the market 2 days ago. Was asked our buying position, and told the woman that our property is not yet on the market, but we are financially able to purchase without selling our property. I was told they had received a very good offer on the property( yet to be accepted) and a couple of other viewings booked, so was more or less told, we would be wasting their time. Absolute shocking. We would not even consider looking at MMP in the future. You need better sales people

21st Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)Our process hasn’t finished yet so not sure of value for money but they were cheaper than most and the property is sold. Only irritation is that this was a probate sale and my sisters were often not emailed information, despite multiple requests that we all be kept informed
3rd Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I didn't find Cooper Green Pooks helpful at all. They overvalued the property, got us hardly any viewings and I had to chase for information. Even when I said I was leaving them they didn't even ask why? 20th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)We decided to sell our house with YourMove not just because of their national profile but because of local recommendations and they did not disappoint! From the moment our home was evaluated by Steve the manager we felt confident that we had picked the right estate agent. The sale of our home was handled predominantly by Debbie however a special thanks need to go to Sam and Rebekah who were always on the end of the phone to answer any questions and provide support. Debbie was a pleasure to work with, she was a proactive communicator who ensured that we and our buyer were kept informed of the sale process at all times. She clearly possessed a significant amount of market expertise which was evident in her handling of our sale, she delivered what I can only describe as a very personalised service as we had a chain!! Throughout the process she displayed diligence and tenacity, as we had numerous issues with the ongoing chain and some issues with our conveyancer which she navigated on our behalf (irrespective of us buying with another agent!). I honestly can’t thank Debbie and the YourMove team enough and we will definitely be recommending them in the future.
