17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.
30th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine

He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended

7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Seemed to rely on one person that views three times and got put off by daughter. Didn’t find anyone else after that. I think that put all their eggs into one basket. Even though we were with them for 22 weeks they still insisted on a notice period before they stopped marketing which I thought was a bit harsh as it stopped us marketing with a new agent.

2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Went to view a flat today it was nothing like the pictures that were on the website . It was advertised with pictures of a huge marbled bathroom got there to be told it's pictures of flat below nothing like the flat we were viewing . The juliet balcony had no Juliet so therefore was a death trap !! The glass in one of the windows in the bedroom was to small for the frame therfore no need to open the window . The master bedroom had a huge window with a view of the living room and kitchen something you might see in Amsterdam.The overall footprint was half of the size advertised<br>All for the bargin price of £1295<br>I don't know how you get away with false advertising!!

31st Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
