16th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with James Hallam at Maalems to list and sell my flat in Earlsfield.<br><br>Living overseas, I expected the process might be a little more challenging, but I needn’t have worried. James carefully arranged and oversaw all the repairs and preparation needed before putting the flat on the market, and he was always readily available to explain the many steps along the way.<br><br>As issues arose during the sale process, as they inevitably do, James was always there to guide me on how best to proceed. His reassuring and positive attitude, along with his calm and professional manner, made what could have been a stressful process much easier.<br><br>It is clear that James has extensive experience in the Earlsfield property market, and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful for all his help and support throughout the process.
9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

Review for Connells Estate Agents - Ashford, Kent<br><br>I just bought my flat through Connells Ashford and had a fantastic experience.<br>The whole team in the branch were incredibly helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process really smooth.<br><br>A special shout out to Tracey Keithson who went above and beyond to help me through every step. She was responsive, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Ashford to anyone looking to buy or sell property. 13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fantastic estate agents and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>Marcus was extremely helpful from start to finish and was always on hand whenever we needed advice, an update, or help chasing things along. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Marcus was brilliant at keeping in touch, communicating with everyone involved and doing everything he could to keep things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated how approachable, responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole process. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was reassuring knowing we could contact him whenever we had a question or concern.<br><br>We’ve had a fantastic experience with Sibley Pares and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A huge thank you to Marcus and the whole team for helping us get our new home over the line!

Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills- 18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)The team here are brilliant, had the quickest & most pain free purchase ever. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

Rather than flippantly informing them during the viewing. Very approachable and happy to answer numerous questions. Absolutely recommend!
11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)The market for high value properties is difficult atm. After 15 weeks with Hunters we only had one viewing and no sale. We decided to switch agents. We were very impressed with the initial property inspection and valuation. The team who we met were very pleasant. We were disappointed at the lack of communication from them. Only 1 call apart from the viewing in 15 weeks. It left us with the impression that they were not taking actions to sell the property apart from putting it on the portals.

As the buyer I didn’t have a huge amount of direct involvement with the agents, but my experience was very positive overall.<br><br>Only slight niggle was that I emailed James after completion about collecting the estate agent board and have still not heard back, hence the four rather than five stars.
