23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid? Stating I earn half the salary I put down? They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above. MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family. To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor. Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that. Would advise people to stay away!

From start to finish the process was very smooth, with clear guidance along the way. I would recommend Drummonds to anyone going through the process of buying/selling a property.

6th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Currently in the process of buying a property and using Jordan for my mortgage who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable also saved me money on my mortgage compared to what I was already offered elsewhere. I couldnt have asked for a better service!
13th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I have just completed my house move through the Billingham office wit Stacy Hill, She explained the full process along with all costs very clearly. She went above and beyond when I had a small issue with my initial solicitor and every thing was sorted immediately. communications were first class as I was kept unto date at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Stacy and Clarke Munro to anyone, and I will definitely be using Stacy at the Billingham office for my next house sale.

We live in Australia so harder selling a house in the UK from the other side of the world but Demi and the team worked hard to find us a buyer in a difficult market and made the whole experience stress free.<br>They also helped move the sale along and dealt with many of the queries in our absence. Couldn’t be happier with their efforts and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

9th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

22nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have been more impressed with Anthony Jones Estate Agents.<br><br>Tony came out to value our home and was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly professional and thorough, taking the time to review everything carefully and making sure that nothing was overlooked. At the same time, he was warm, friendly and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring.<br><br>The customer service from both Tony and the office team was exceptional. Tony was incredibly dedicated and responsive, and even went out of his way to follow up our requests in his own time. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>It is rare these days to come across such a combination of professionalism, warmth, kindness and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. We are extremely grateful to Tony and the whole team and honestly feel indebted to them for everything they did.<br><br>A truly excellent experience. We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend Anthony Jones Estate Agents highly enough!

4th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with GR Estates. First, there is no way to actually speak to them on the phone — when I called, a voice message specifically stated that you cannot call them directly and I had to leave a message instead. For an estate agency, that is ridiculous.<br><br>I was visiting Ormskirk from another part of the UK and only in the area for a few hours. While driving in the area, I spotted a property I was interested in, so I made the effort to drive to their branch in person. I was met by a saleswoman from their team, who was cold and frankly snooty. Every question I asked was met with a long-winded "no" and zero useful information.<br><br>I am a seasoned property investor, part of the largest property network in the UK and Europe, and I regularly buy houses. Through their unhelpfulness and her dismissive attitude, they have lost not just my business but business from my wider network. I will not be using GR Estates again, and based on my experience I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

7th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Harpers already had a buyer on their hot list so out property sold in 48 hours. After this they were very helpful in dealing with seller's estate agents and solicitors. They helped make a difficult process that was beset with various problems somewhat easier. I would definitely recommend them.

17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
