8th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

29th Oct 2015 (11 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. I have been renting in London for the past 15 years, and during that time, I’ve dealt with all the massive corporate names—Foxtons, Dexters, Antony Roberts, and Hastings. Without fail, I had a frustrating issue with every single one of them. The typical London renting experience usually involves dealing with agents who are arrogant, pushy, and completely indifferent once they get your money. Websters is the complete antithesis of that. They are, without a doubt, the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. Here is why they completely blow the competition out of the water: Incredibly Prompt & Responsive: You are never left chasing them. They reply quickly, action requests immediately, and actually respect your time. They Genuine Listen: Unlike the big corporate chains that just try to shove any property down your throat to hit a target, Websters listened to my specific needs and actually tried to match them. A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

9th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

They have been managing the rental of my flat, and almost every matter has been frustrating to deal with and handled unprofessionally.<br><br>I appointed a managing agent to reduce the stress and workload of renting out my property, but instead, dealing with Madison Brook has created more work and frustration than managing it myself.<br><br>In particular, my experience with Natasha has been very poor. I found her communication rude, her service inefficient, and her approach to client service seriously lacking. Issues that should have been straightforward were unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to resolve.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Madison Brook for property management.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
