14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting/valuation through the viewings to the offer & sale process, David Conway provided a great service. Their on-line tools were really helpful monitoring progress. The staff were friendly, very considerate and helpful.

12th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who what’s an excellent service.

23rd Sep 2022 (4 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did.
Avoid.
27th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Dinesh at Aeon Estates said he could find a serious buyer for my property within two weeks - He did just that. Any time there were delays, Dinesh & the team helped pushed the sale through. Aeon Estates come highly recommended, I am so pleased I chose them.

After agreeing to all terms, we proceeded exactly as instructed and even gave notice at our current home because the agency confirmed the deal was final. Then, at the last minute, they flipped the decision without any reasonable explanation.
Their lack of responsibility has now left us in an extremely stressful situation. We trusted their word, made major life decisions based on their confirmation, and they showed zero professionalism or accountability.
If you value your time, stability, and honest communication, avoid this agency. They made commitments, we acted on them, and they completely backed out—one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency.

13th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
