From the very first moment I approached them to sell my flat in St Johns Wood, they showed real commitment and care, always making sure everything was handled efficiently. Jessy Kattar, the sales manager, went the extra mile, not only in managing the sale process but also in stepping in during some quite complicated legal matters. Jessy worked closely with solicitors, helping to resolve issues, keep communication flowing and ensure the transaction moved forward without unnecessary delays. Not to mention that I was very impressed with how she handled the negotiations with confidence and professionalism and ultimately achieving the best possible price for my property. Her dedication and hands-on approach made a big difference throughout what can often be a stressful process. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who what’s an excellent service.
23rd May 2019 (6 years ago)Lived in property of which Devonshire estate agents were who we came to instead of landlord for help. Would not recommend to anyone. Very quick to take money for fees and rent but that’s all. Complained for months and nothing ever got resolved. Very unhappy with their service

13th May 2020 (5 years ago)I really wanted to like the agency. However, having just dealt with some other estate agents I can honestly say that Phillips and CO are very old fashioned and the worst at communication. Let me explain more. TLDR; our purchase fell through after months of discussions. We were initially told by the agent that there is no chain, after weeks of chasing they eventually confirmed that there is a chain - all that needed to happen was a phone call the vendors and some shouting at them. Anyway, We put this hurdle behind us and agreed to wait as the vendor had already found a house. It has been 2-3 months of constant chasing for updates which normally goes like this: 1. I send an email asking for an update 2. A week goes by with no response 3. I call them to find out what is going on 4. They give me an excuse that the vendors aren’t responsive but they are chasing as much as possible 5. They tell me they will call me back once they have spoken with the vendor 6. Another few days...still nothing 7. I call them, raise my tone and again get some stupid response. I fully appreciate that the vendors aren helpful. The issue I have with this estate agent is that they have poor communication skills, no idea on how to manage customer expectations. I have never had to chase an estate agent so much, it’s normally other way around - they chase and you hide! Avoid if possible guys!

He gave me good advice in the sale of my house which was completed in a matter of weeks. I never felt the need to approach any other Estate Agents because I felt I was in good hands.
27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dinesh at Aeon Estates said he could find a serious buyer for my property within two weeks - He did just that. Any time there were delays, Dinesh & the team helped pushed the sale through. Aeon Estates come highly recommended, I am so pleased I chose them.

I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.

After agreeing to all terms, we proceeded exactly as instructed and even gave notice at our current home because the agency confirmed the deal was final. Then, at the last minute, they flipped the decision without any reasonable explanation. Their lack of responsibility has now left us in an extremely stressful situation. We trusted their word, made major life decisions based on their confirmation, and they showed zero professionalism or accountability. If you value your time, stability, and honest communication, avoid this agency. They made commitments, we acted on them, and they completely backed out—one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency.

My agent, Daniella, was a lovely and kind person. She was always helpful, approachable, and made me feel comfortable at every stage. Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Their expertise and customer-focused approach made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and well-managed.

29th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how awful my experience with IDM Properties was. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. First off, the communication was appalling. Emails from Sascha and Cristina were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or addressing concerns, their responses were dismissive and condescending. They made me feel like I was a nuisance for even reaching out. What’s worse, they take absolutely no accountability when they make mistakes and never apologise. I have had numerous situations where they’ve done something wrong—whether it was a missed repair, inaccurate report, or even lying about basic details—but not once did they own up to it. They simply brush it off and act as if it’s not their problem. The renewal process was another nightmare. I reached out 6 weeks before the end of our first tenancy to ask about renewing the contract and the new terms. I was told "You will hear about it 8 weeks before the end of your tenancy." So, I waited and waited, but we didn’t hear anything for two months after our tenancy had officially ended. And then, when they finally did get in touch, they rushed us into making a decision almost immediately, with no regard for the time we’d been left hanging. Then there’s the issue of repairs. If you want anything fixed, be prepared for an agonising wait. In the middle of winter, it took them 5 weeks to fix the heater. 5 weeks without proper heating during one of the coldest months. The balcony door took 3 weeks and several visits before it was finally ‘repaired’ – but not fully fixed because that required another part that we never heard back about. The washing machine? 5 weeks to replace it. And the dishwasher? 4 weeks. It was always the same. They require multiple pictures and video from different angles before they believe there is a problem and then nothing ever got done on time. You are made to feel you are in the wrong for chasing. One of the most infuriating parts of this experience was how they lied about things. For example, during a mid-tenancy inspection, they claimed we had bikes and suitcases in the hallway. This was absolutely untrue, so we disputed it. Cristina’s response? "It’s in the report, so it has to stay." We insisted that neither of us owns a bike, and only then did she grudgingly remove the bike from the report, but she still insisted the suitcases had to stay on the list, even though we didn’t have any! It was clear they were just making things up to try and pin blame on us. Another example of their dishonesty: I asked Cristina if I could have the code for the building door in case I ever forgot my access fob and to let my dogwalker in. She told me that the code had been disabled and was no longer in use (even though I had seen people using the code!!!). But then, one day, I had a large delivery left at my door, and to my surprise, the code was written on the box! It was clear they had lied to me about something as simple as that. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the property itself was in terrible condition. There were issues with plumbing, the drains flow upwards (I was actually told this by a plumber!) so we had to use plughole unblocker monthly to stop the shower and sinks overflowing. The toilets flush into each other, the extractor fan just goes into the ceiling (this is another repair story that took over a year to fix). At the end of our tenancy, they tried to deduct £550 from our deposit. We challenged this through the Deposit Protection Scheme and eventually got all but £102 of our deposit back. Do yourself a favour and avoid IDM Lettings at all costs. Their incompetence, dishonesty, lack of professionalism, incredibly rude communication from Sascha and Cristina, and shocking delays with repairs and contract renewals have made this the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. And don’t expect any accountability or apologies from them—they simply don’t care. Avoid them if you value your time, money, and sanity. One star is over generous.

3rd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

Anaise was amazing, always at the end of the phone helping with any questions and keeping us informed of any updates. I would definitely recommend Sargeants and would certainly use them again in the future. Thank you.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????

Communication was excellent throughout—I was always kept informed, and he provided honest, practical advice that helped generate strong interest quickly. Shiv handled viewings smoothly and negotiated effectively to secure a great final price. Overall, the process was far easier and less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend Shiv to anyone looking to sell their home.
