They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)We had a really positive experience working with Raveen and the Landmark team over the past 18 months while selling our house. We spoke with several agents in the area before deciding to appoint them and they stood out from the very beginning as the most professional and well-organised. From our initial contact Raveen was approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. The process ended up being quite a long one due to issues with some difficult tenants who were being managed by another agency. Despite this Raveen remained incredibly patient and handled everything calmly and professionally. They also went above and beyond by helping us arrange decorating and various odd jobs to get the property ready for market which made a real difference. Raveen’s communication was excellent throughout she was always reliable, supportive and never pushy. We always felt well looked after and confident that we were in safe hands. A huge thank you to Raveen and the team at Landmark for all their hard work and patience! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raveen and the Landmark team to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property!
21st Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a viewing for a flat in Park Royal NW10 7GD with this company today at 3:00pm I confirmed the viewing but when I arrived no agent was there I called and called and called no answer And no one called me to cancel the viewing or apologise This is disrespectful and waste of peoples time ??????????

21st Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

21st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)They only manage to get one viewing and said that there are a lot of flats for sale. When valuing the flat they gave very different speech. I would not recommend them.- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????

Hussein is exceptionally knowledgeable about the local area and is thoughtful in his understanding of the historic architecture and the practicalities of family homes.
