They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.
22nd Jul 2023 (2 years ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. Once again thank you in future if I want something I will contact you Take Care and God will shower blessing on you all and keep you in Goood health. Thanks Francisco / Angelina
21st Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)I had a viewing for a flat in Park Royal NW10 7GD with this company today at 3:00pm I confirmed the viewing but when I arrived no agent was there I called and called and called no answer And no one called me to cancel the viewing or apologise This is disrespectful and waste of peoples time ??????????

21st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)Although property not sold for nearly 38weeks Chase Buchanan were helpful- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
25th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)My first piece of advice to anyone renting with dendrow is do not expect them to uphold their end of the tenancy agreement. You will regularly be inundated with workers and inspections. On several occasions during my tenancy this happened without notice and without a real explanation of what was happening. As most of my housemates worked throughout the day, this did not prove to be much of an issue but please do keep note of these instances as when you come to vacating the property you will 100% need to open an official dispute. Dendrow attempted to decimate our deposit via ludicrous charges that were put through their own cleaning company. The flat was rented out in a pretty run down condition and returned in a better state but £700 for cleaning was deducted from our deposit. When we moved in there were broken pieces of furniture, broken fixtures - again not unusual for London but never before have I had an attempt of £1800 deposit deductions for the pleasure. The real stickler was a charge of almost £1000 for a carpet replacement for moth damage under a bed. When we opened this as an official dispute it turned out the invoice Dendrow had used and evidence of pest treatment was over 5 years old and falsified in terms of dimensions of the room in question. Perhaps an oversight but likely an attempt to plunder money from tenants. Some of the charges were laughable including £72 for the removal of a sign the size of a piece of A5 paper. (I appreciate this is a breach but an individual call out charge and commercial waste charge for something that could fit in the bins in the building seems disproportionate). The independent MyDeposit review was a life saver and I cannot thank them enough for protecting us from these dubious attempts to deduct from Dendrow. I urge you to note down times where they have broken the tenancy agreement as well as you will likely be able to win back vast swathes of the money. They will take a threatening tone with you but remember this is your own money. Better still avoid them like the plague but if you have already entered into a tenancy with them, please be vigilant.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Lampard's, especially Hussein and Oliver, were genuinely really fantastic agents. They got us so many viewings and always emailed all relevant times and dates for accompanied viewings with loads of feedback. We eventually trusted them with our house keys to do the viewings alone as they were so professional. I honestly did not feel comfortable doing that with any of the other agencies. They are nice people who talk without all the jargon so I really trusted them and they give alot of good advice. I would highly recommend Lampards and are using them to find my next property.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
