I had the misfortune of losing both of my parents in quick succession, which has led me to dealing with Anthony until only relatively recently. Not only is Anthony dedicated, reliable and personable, but he is clued up about the market expectations and pricing. He delivers without fail and goes above and beyond to help with a kind manner about him. I know why my parents chose him and I have utmost confidence in him as he made a stressful situation seamless.

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Aston Rowe were the estate agent when we bought the apartment 4 years ago and as it was such a good experience, it was a no-brainer to sell the apartment with them. From the beginning to list our property, Carl was really helpful and explained everything in great detail. Once we were live in the market, Jack then took over managing viewings and helped to get an offer in just 1 week! All in all, I highly recommend Aston Rowe for their service, professionalism and help during the entire process.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Disappointing | disrespectful | unprofessional After a very disappointing flat view Karan gave my friends an appointment to view a flat When they arrived at their office he refused to show them the flat with out any explanation He didn’t show any respect or any appreciation or empathy Please respect other people’s time and don’t wast their time I hope you were more professional and respectful I’m not saying the whole team, as we’ve just dealt with this unprofessional agent (Karan) which is a very disrespectful and time waster
