She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

11th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I would just like to thank everyone at Edward Mellor for their help and support in selling my parents home which wasnt straightforward and involved a legal process to get the job done.<br>Because of the nature of the sale i was assigned a very experienced and specialised agent Amy Hardman who was superb,she is very professional has 100% dedication and very very good indeed,not just that i felt she really cared,was really supportive during the stressful times in what was a difficult sale,she is the person you want helping you in getting it done.<br>I can’t thank her enough,she was an absolute legend!<br>Kind Regards<br>John

From the very beginning, they were absolutely brilliant and made what a complicated process smooth and well managed.<br><br>The whole team kept us updated every step of the way with regular communication and detailed feedback after viewings. They were excellent at working with our buyers, always staying on top of things and helping to keep the sale moving forward.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. As an independent local estate agent, they genuinely cared about us and our sale, and that came across in everything they did. Every member of staff was friendly, approachable, and professional, making us feel valued throughout the process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lesley, who was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Her advice and reassurance at every stage made a real difference.<br><br>We’re so pleased we chose Ashcroft Guest. Thanks again ??- 15th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
19th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

From the first phone call, they were incredibly communicative and proactive.<br><br>What blew me away was their speed— I needed to move in fast and HLGB moved at a lightning pace, arranging a viewing and getting the keys into my hands in under 24 hours. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, helpful, and understanding of the urgency.<br><br>If you want an estate agent who actually gets things done efficiently, look no further!
