12th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)We are delighted with our house purchase in Colwall and with the service from Tom and the team. From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

11th May 2026 (17 days ago)I hadn't experienced the buying and selling market for a number of years, so to enter with an established firm I knew and trusted was essential. From the initial consultation to trying to sell, they were always responsive and helpful. As the chain (although short) started to become slow and non-responsive, they still tried to do all they could. I would particularly like to single out Terri for her attention to detail and empathy when dealing with the sale of my departed parents property. She really worked over and above to make it happen. Thank you.
11th May 2026 (17 days ago)We recently exchange contracts on a property. Gary was brilliant from start to finish. Great communication from negotiating and updates throughout the process. Alan who showed us round on a few occasions was also brilliant. Knowledgeable about the properties and very personable! I would recommend the agent for selling and buying very professional. I'm also a mortgage broker so communicate with a lot of estate agents and I found them so easy to deal with!

Emma ia a credit to the company and worked exceptionally hard to ensure we moved into our new hone before Christmas. If you want to sell your property in the Bromyard area, I can highly recommend them.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

The referencing was quick and easy, and Charlotte has kept me informed every step of the way. This is my 3rd time renting, and by far the quickest and easiest process I’ve experienced. Yes, you can find cheaper ways of selling your home, but if you want personal, dedicated attention to the sale then it's certainly worth paying for... Not all agents are the same... Pick a good one like Hart's
