27th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)John Goodwin and both his Sales and Lettings team have been absolutely amazing in supporting myself and sisters through the process of dealing with our late father’s rental properties over the last year, through to the subsequent sales of the properties. The team have always been helpful and responsive and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

4th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.

I dealt with Kat a great deal and she was lovely, due to another issue in the chain we spoke most days and in the end Kat was as excited as me when it all went through. I will miss our daily chats haha! A beautiful new home hamper too!

Plus she was super friendly and chirpy. If all letting agents were like Olivia, the process of renting would be soooo much better! Thanks Olivia. 17th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Really disappointing service from Martin & Co when viewing a rental property. No level of customer service. Lettings Manager didn't care that there were issues with the property, 'let as seen' attitude despite there being damage to walls and issues in the bathrooms, snagging issues throughout. Not provided any information on next steps or application process. Waste of my afternoon, having taken time off work to go and view the property.

14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Claire at Oulsnam has been super helpful right from Valuation of my property, through to exchange/completion. Communication has been wonderful, and there was no hassle with arranging viewings. Her friendly approach is what made her stand out from other estate agents too - no question has been any trouble. I was fortunate that my house was only on the market for a week before a sale was agreed - but it was nice to feel we had trust in our agent - which made the process so easy. Claire has also kept in contact regularly throughout, giving updates and checking in, ensuring we have all the information we need. Would definitely recommend Oulsnam! Claire, thank you once again for all your help!

14th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I have worked with Cityzen since 2006, having bought from them and now use them to find and manage tenants. More recently, I had a flat had the with a leak in the roof. COVID-19 and a painful freeholder meant it took ages to get sorted. Thankfully though, Danny and team at Cityzen were amazing. He kept on it for me, hammering away with contractors, insurance companies, even the managing agent, schooling them in how to get stuff done! Danny came through, putting in a super human effort to get the flat back on the market and let as quickly as possible! These guys are brilliant. 5*

Andrea & Ed give you absolute dedication, expertise and professionalism throughout. Andrea gave sound advice on how best to present our home with an emphasis on attention to detail. Beautiful photography and drone footage really showcasing our property to its full potential. Our home was a unique combination of 16th Century, Edwardian and a modern annex. Andrea got to know us and the property and all of its quirky character and also the surrounding area. They gave us a realistic valuation which was £45K above the best of the other agents and sold it within days. By filtering the right people who would be genuinely intersted in our property. Andrea is always only a phone call away. On agreement of sale Andrea & Ed keep in close contact with everyone along the chain keeping us well informed as the sale progressed. If you are looking for an estate agent that will go the extra mile then Chocolate Box are the ones for you.
