From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely outstanding, and I would particularly like to mention James Leach, who went above and beyond his duties to ensure that everything was in place and kept on track. Sophie Ayaz was also extremely diligent in dealing with the legalities and kept the whole process flowing! I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters, who deserve the highest possible praise imaginable,for their professionalism,communication and utter dedication and commitment to unparalleled service, that really sets the bar! Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely
23rd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you.

Oliver and the team went the extra mile and even showed me a property on a Sunday as I work full time a weekends just so I didn’t miss out! I spent 5 very happy years in a home in York thanks to Stephensons would recommend them to anyone first time every time ??????

12th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

Even with some hiccups and complications, she helped a lot figuring out alternative ways. Definitely would recommend. Thank you.

Communication was excellent throughout, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market really stood out, and I felt confident I was in good hands from start to finish. He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
