8th May 2024 (2 years ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

13th Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)I feel compelled to share my experience with Property Link, located at 448 Bordesley Green, B9 5NS, to warn others before considering their services. From the outset, the company demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. Prospective clients are not given adequate time or support to properly review agreements before being pressured into signing contracts. Even more concerning, the fees charged prior to signing are excessively high and feel completely unjustified. Unfortunately, the situation does not improve once tenants move into the property. Any maintenance or repair issues are handled extremely poorly. Requests for repairs are either significantly delayed or outright ignored, leaving tenants in unacceptable living conditions. Communication is particularly frustrating, as calls and messages are frequently disregarded. The conduct of staff members is equally disappointing. Employees often come across as unapproachable, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. This creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Overall, this company shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative property management services. Not trustworthy and not recommended.

I spent weeks chasing them to view a property and it was a nightmare and if your thinking of selling a property with these I’d reconsider your choices

24th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

It has been a really stressful situation but Ahmed made renting temporary accommodation easy.<br><br>From the outset he was welcoming, supportive and thorough. He explained everything clearly, was always quick to respond to any questions and dealt with everything promptly and professionally. He pays great attention to detail, ensuring that his properties are well maintained and the people living in them have a good experience.<br><br>Thank you, Ahmed, for everything you’ve done. The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

Catherine is super friendly and communication is great. Charlotte is 100% proactive and always on the end of the phone regardless of the time of day. I would have no hesitation recommending them!
