24th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

I needed a rental property and she considered my needs and urgency and within 3 days , I got the house. Brilliant team ???????? Sam was excellent at the paper work and made everything very simple and smooth. I am going to need them for my future property search definitely ???? Very reliable team and professionals of their words. I am very impressed with the service they provided for me and my family.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!

1st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Just finished our tenancy agreement after 2 years 3 months. The whole Preferential team have been fantastic but specially Emma K since I dealt with her from day one till the end of the tenancy, she is brilliant. to be fair they always fixed any fault in the property pretty quickly so thanks to Victoria for this. I did not deal much with the director Simon but he did some adjustments to my contract to be able to give the month notice from the day I exchanged contracts of the property I purchased so thanks for this. From our side we have kept the property always clean and taken care of it as if it was ours.
