21st Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)House was sold whilst I was a sitting tenant got a letter through post with incorrect tenant names looks like was printed by a 5 year old as no company name info or contact information and no company registration number just stating to pay into this bank account number. No new tenancy contract with either new owner or letting agents. Lorna sharp sent rude obnoxious emails and seems to care more about money than tenants ..... AVOID THIS LETTINGS AGENCY DUE TO TO LACK OF EMPATHY AND SUPPORT FOR DISABLED OR ABLE BODY TENANTS. SAVE YA MONEY FIND A RESPONSIBILE AGENCY NOT THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
3rd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have been with Empire Estates as a landlord for several years and have received excellent service from them. It is reassuring to know they are always there to help me when needed. Maisie is always on the ball and sorts things out when needed in a matter of minutes rather than hours. She is always polite and helpful either on the phone, in person or by email and never lets her high standard of customer service drop - she is a true asset to the running of the business.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Happy landlord

Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had a lot of communication mainly with Dewi who was easily contactable, did what he promised to do and a good link between us and our buyer. Kept us calm when things got difficult (as they often do) and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend for sales.

17th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

Excellent contact throughout and regular updates on the sale which went extremely well. We had been in the same house for 40 years and needed to downsize. W and J properties came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. The price was excellent and the service superb. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
