Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

I recently sold my house through the Blackburn office team and they were fantastic, always reachable when I needed to speak to anyone, and everyone in that team always go the extra mile. We also bought our new home through Stones Young Clitheroe, and again both Sarah and Jack were brilliant, the exceptional and consistent service is what makes them the best in the area, and the management team should be very proud. The property was listed on a Tuesday and after a number of viewings by the following Monday we had offers one of which exceeded the listing price and our expectations. From then on until completion John kept me well informed. Would we use them again YES, would we recommend them YES. Thanks guys.
