From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing during both the sale and purchase of our houses. Daisy was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout what can be a very stressful process. Communication was excellent at every stage, we were always kept informed, nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions were dealt with quickly and clearly. Wilson Thomas went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible, and their expertise and dedication really showed. We felt completely confident and looked after from day one. They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

8th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!

They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

I have purchased and sold numerous properties over the years and their service was unsurpassed by other agents in the area. From the initial valuation, Rebecca was my contact and she immediately impressed me with her comprehensive knowledge of the local market and strategic approach. Her calm and clear demeanour was particularly impressive and I felt confident in her ability to assist me with my relocation. Throughout the process, she maintained a professional and communicative attitude. Rebecca fulfilled all her promises and I was able to complete the sale and purchase within two and a half months, a significant achievement in this competitive market. The key to their success was the constant communication and information provided at every stage from viewings to final negotiations. Excellent, Diligent, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional Service from the initial enquiry call with Terry to the viewing with Martin and the administrative stuff with Asia and Marta I felt confident and happy. Now lots of businesses do well and get 4/5 star reviews but for me the measure of a business is when there’s an issue. Team T&R are worth 10 stars all day long and definitely “Top of the Class”. There was a problem which was solved swiftly and calmly by both Marta and Terry who were exemplary in dealing with a rather stressed customer. Big thank you to you all! Highly recommend this independent business to all those looking for their next home or place to lay their hat for a while.
19th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

11th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
3rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.
2nd Mar 2026 (28 days ago)Highly recommend using Justyn, incredible man. We loved that he was the sole agent to talk to which made it more personal and meaningful to us, we weren't just another number to him. From start to finish Justyn was perfect. The most down to earth, honest, estate agent I've ever met. Voice notes with updates in our WhatsApp group chat even on a weekend, very chilled, nothing was too much and is actually quite funny! He is just an all-round great guy. We sold and competed within 5 months and Justyn did a lot of the chasing for us during this time. If you're sceptical about going with Justyn because he 'isn't part of the a big company' I would say that is the biggest benefit, he was the only one to give us information and didn't have to get someone to call me back, nothing was left or forgotten about, we didn't have 3 people telling me 3 different things or trying to pie me to someone else, he had the time to be more personal and he actually loves his job. This isn't a numbers game to him unlike some estate agents we experienced before we found Justyn. We miss you already!! You have customers for life, thank you Justyn. ??????

I wanted to share how impressed I was with both his service & the company’s as a whole. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were always professional, approachable, and incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or needed advice. What really stood out was the extra effort they put in—keeping me informed at every stage, being proactive in solving problems, and genuinely caring about getting the best outcome for me. Selling a home can be a daunting process, but their support, patience, and attention to detail made a huge difference. I always felt like I was in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile. 26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
20th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)James and the team have been great from the offset. They have ticked all of the boxes. They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
